Austin was out on time. He was polite and friendly and able to diagnose the problem. There was a hole in the heat exchanger. So, we needed to replace the furnace. Jeremy and Steve did a great job with the installation. They too were very nice answering all our questions an explaining everything they had done. Both my wife and I were very happy with the service that we received.

We had routine maintenance done on our furnace. Roy did a fantastic job. He was very professional and kind and was able to talk me through why our furnace was not heating the house great. He made some recommendations that we are going to try. I am confident it is going to make a difference. I like how service experts don't try to up sell and get you to spend money on things that are not necessary.

Roy was diligent in diagnosing and repairing my furnace. The furnace ended up needing two separate repairs which required 2 separate replacement parts. He ordered and got the first part within a day, which revealed when installed the second malfunction. Again, the 2nd part was obtained within a day, and the repair completed. I appreciated Roy’s tenacity in finding and solving the issue. He was friendly, polite, and professional.

We had a furnace issue and Brian and Roy came a few hours later. They diagnosed the problem and were able to find the parts in stock at a Lennox dealer. They explained everything that needed to be done. Roy came back and installed the new fan motor and inducer. The furnace is working fine. We’ve dealt with Service Experts for 12 years and are very pleased with their service. Roy was very nice and thorough and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Roy and Brian and Service Experts.

We purchased our furnace a little over a year ago after we called to have Service Experts out for an emergency call on our old furnace. Gary our service man came out and as we looked at our options after he looked our older furnace we decided to purchase a mew one with a heat pump snd whole huose air conditioning.( I have to add this here our house is 123yrs old , we have no ducts at all upstairs so thats a 1/2bath whichI use to get ready this is important to have no airconditioning in this room or our bedroom also upstairs was a sticking point for me , also no duct into the main bathrooom downstairs either ,no heat or air ,we didnt have it but I thought we'd get it if we ever bought all of this )So Ihad reservations about spending this much money we liked Gary snd he was explaining this that made sense plus , yhus is important we would get a 👉$1500 rebate OK that helps , new everthing air-conditioning , a air purifier whole house , heat pump $1500 rebate 👈 We get their Advantage Program seems like overkill but we gt that too . At first things were weird the furnane we bought is not the one thats installed , its a better one , they yold us and I looked it up ,it was so OK ,Gary checked in after a week to see if we got our rebate , no not yet , its pretty early Lmao little did I know ...We Have Never gotten it . I know Im skipping past some important points like tbe fact that we have excellent credit, never missed a payment So no readon to think that today when I woke up to a chilly house that anything was amiss , I turned the heat up from 68 to 69 , a bit later I realized my hands are stiff ( arthritis) this doesnt normally bother me so I check the thermostat its down to 64 , I text my hhsband asked him what to do but I'm not alarmed yet ,it's 2:30 on Fri. afternoon we have a brand new furnace and 24/7 365 service just like the ad says , Right ???? Pat gets home by 4:30 starts calling for a repairman to come out , I guess he was supposed to feel comforted by the recording he heard about the 24/7 Advantage Program if you need expert help , well when he finally was able to speak with someone he was told that they would be out Mon. Wait it's Fri. Sorry , best we can do ‼️He has since talked to someone who said they would be out tomorrow Sat. between 12-4 . I have my doubts ,I'd cross my fingers for luck but they're too cold🥶🤯😤🥶I could go on but this is too long already but you get my point , just do your research , I'm not knocking Lennox ( I guess I never mentioned the brand we purchased, New Lennix , Heat Pump ,Air-conditioner ,with whole house airpurifyier and dehumidifier , thermostatmost) items that are installed are NOT whats on the contract 🤫⚠️⁉️
