My air-conditioning stopped working when the hot and humid weather arrived. Wright Heating came out right away and diagnosed the problem. Their new technician was very thorough. Rebekah went out of her way to locate the warranty for the needed parts. I highly recommend Wright Heating.

Our 20 years plus furnace stopped working and Wright Heating was able to come and look at it within several hours of calling. They gave us several options and we chose, due to the age of our furnace, to have a new, high efficiency furnace installed. It was ordered the next day, and since we had no heat in the house, they started working on it that same day. They even loaned us a space heater we could use in the house for free while the work was being done. The installer did a fantastic job and everything is up and running!

I was very satisfied with the installation of my new furnace. The installer showed up on time - early, in fact - and kept to schedule, getting it installed in one day.

My one suggestion is that Wright equip their installers with a long roll of drop cloth that they can run from the entry to the door to the basement. He had to bring the new furnace in through the front door on a push trolly, so it would have been better if that hadn't had to roll over the carpet.

Wright Heating did a great job upgrading our furnace and A/C to a new Carrier Infinity system. They were neat, clean, and professional. They installed a wireless Infinity wall control which allows me to control my system from my phone app. Great! Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Wright for over a decade on a 5,000 sq. ft. home with two units split upstairs and down. They have always been punctual and did good work. Once I had a question on billing and they were understanding and worked with me. Additionally, I used Wright to install heating and cooling in a classroom addition at work. The architect had specked gas heating only. Steve explained he could heat and cool for the same money so I went that way for which I and the children were thankful. This is a good company with a stable employee base.

Tech didn't even test the pilot valve with a multi-meter. He told me to replace the entire furnace starting at $4,000. Either dishonest or inept.
Tech told me the gas valve is $400. I got new one for $68.
The soot has been on there for 20 years to be expected. I easily wiped it of with a soapy rag.
The cracked vent was only rusty from the moist basement and attached to the chimney. The replacement was less than $8.
Stop ripping off your customers.

They say they charge $75 for diagnostic fees but what they don't tell you is they charge by the hour on top of diagnostic. Guy came out flipped a switch and started at the furnace for 20 mins bringing my bill to $109. What a RIP off I won't be calling these liars again. Update after seeing this review they decided not to to do further work they were supposed to come back out and do that they should have done in the first place. So now this company what's to throw a hissy fit because I said something. Definitely don't use this company if you question them they will just screw you over. Grow up you tell me that's not how you do business then pull this. Your tech said exactly the opposite about the furnace yes it was a little dirty but who's isn't he said the furnace works just fine and that the problem could have been wind pushing air back down the vent on a windy day. At no point did he say it was in poor condition because it's not nice try though to make me look like an idiot. And you lied again on the review you post this reply saying you'll refund me the $34 however you phone call just before that said we will no longer work with you for the work that still needs done that we neglected to do in the first place and well mail your check back to you. And yes it was as simple as flipping a switch that tripped even you admitted that after insulting me for not doing it myself. So now you can see how this company really does business they lie then insult people who say something about it. I this really a company you want to do business with.
