Steve is an honest and hardworking guy. He was actually a few hundred dollars more for us compared to other quotes. His demeanor and honesty is what won us. He came to gave us a quote and found a safety issue with the furnace. He fixed that issue and didn't charge us a cent. He said he would never leave knowing there was a safety concern. I offered to pay him, but he refused my money. This was just during the quote time and he had not yet been awarded the job. If you're looking for a down to earth and honest HVAC guy, look no further. Don't call the big businesses as they will upsell you anything they can.

Professional, prompt and fairly priced. I called for a problem in the afternoon, he diagnosed the issue over the phone, and came the next day. Replaced the part and charged me for the part and labor both of which I felt was fair. In contrast, I had called a larger more well known business, got a receptionist, who immediately tried to tell me that my whole system needed replacement (over 6k -12k) and wanted me to wait days for a consult.

BOTTOM LINE: Binks was fair, honest and prompt for me. A++ will do business again should the need arise.
