Worked here for an unpleasant amount of time but because so few businesses install oil furnaces, I recommended them to my uncle. They did an abysmal job on the install and then didn't even hook the a/c up right and I had to go over and fix it myself. What a joke.

Will never use again..they over tightend a fuel line and it ended up leaking everywhere.. I tried to get ahold of somebody and couldn't they don't work weekends..so I had 2 choices. Call anthoer company or fix it myself

. didn't get a response till Thursday..and owner tried to tell me I should of waited till Monday for them to come fix it..how stupid..so you meant to tell me it's ok for fuel oil to be leaking everywhere..I don't think so..they tried to tell me they weren't paying for the line I bought because they don't pay that price I payed..he made every exsuse in the book not to pay me back..I will never recommend them AGAIN

Really want to thank these guys especially their tech Jerry. Furnace was not working properly and with the cold spell coming in this weekend I was worried about my house freezing and pipes bursting. They squeezed me into a busy schedule and have put my mind at ease that my house will now properly heat while I am away this weekend. Thanks again guys!

The service people were courteous and explained what needs to be done after the weather breaks. Main thing is in the freezing weather they fixed it an we have heat. I always call them when I need help with my furnace.

Local station to get recreational fuel that doesn't have ethanol. Used for small gas engines.

Tech came on time for scheduled repair. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job getting my furnace back up and running.

They are extremely helpful and reasonably priced. I've used them to service my furnace as well as buy parts. Each time they have been knowledgeable, answer all my questions, and all around helpful.

They have 90 octane ethanol free recreational fuel. But the phucker doesn't answer the phone tell you the price.

Worked on my gas meter to replace some rusty pipes. My parents always used them with no complaints. Very nice people to deal with and reasonable. When good service carries on to the next generation, then you know it is a well run company.

After 3 attempts they were unable to fix my furnace. I called Ravenna Heating and Cooling. They had it fixed in less than an hour. It now runs get! They only charged $89 for the trip plus parts.
