I have always received great service from NA Heating and Cooling! The office staff is always very nice and helpful on the phone. Whenever I have had one of the techs to the house they have been on time, courteous, and reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Our technician, Isiah, was very professional and helpful in diagnosing our thermostat issue. He also presented different options for replacement that helped us decide what is best for our home and family. We will definitely be using New Albany Heating and Cooling again.

Yay! I have air again. Lucas and the team did a great job. They were on time, got right to work, were very neat and clean. Lucas was very knowledgeable on the system that was installed. I will definitely call them when its time for a new furnace.

Both technicians met me at the door with a smile. They took the time to listen to what I was experiencing and responded with clear thoughts as to the problem. They were very clear about their process and explained the final issue with clarity; I would also add that it was a very prompt process, and they took special care to support our animal boundaries. Cost was broken down from a short and long term range, and they verified everything through the team lead. I felt like a person, as opposed to sale, when working with the team. As someone who lacks knowledge in this area, I feel very happy with the care and time taken to fairly walk me through the process. 100% recommend this company for future use!

We have been experiencing issues with our furnace for the last few weeks. It finally got to the point where we were tired of dealing with the inconsistency of our unit. My AC went out a while back and I contacted New Albany Heating & Cooling and they sent out a technician the same day. After looking at my system, they told me my system was almost 20 years old. I decided to replace the system as opposed to making repairs because Mike Brown helped me with my options and he was very professional. I was very happy with my time with Mike and New Albany Heating & Cooling.

I am new to the New Albany area, and not well-versed in heating/cooling issues whatsoever. I chose these guys based on high reviews, and I was not disappointed. The tech who came out to my house took his time explaining each and every detail about the issue my furnace was having (which I appreciated so much as someone who does not know much about HVAC in general!). I thought they were very reasonably priced, and the problem was fixed immediately with no issues since! I’ll continue coming here for my furnace needs. 10/10!

We called this morning, and Candy called us back and said someone would come out between one and four. Mike called us around one and said he would be here in 12 minutes. He was a very nice young man and looked at the furnace and had it fixed in no time! He talked to us and told us what he did to the furnace. He also installed a thermostat. We were pleasantly surprised at the price. If we have a problem in the future, we will definitely call back and if we know anyone that needs furnace repair, we WILL reccomend your company!
