The company service guy, Jake, was extremely knowledgeable, and I believed he did a thorough evaluation of my furnace. He was courteous, professional and was patient/clear in answering my questions. I appreciated his not pressing me into purchasing a new unit. Rather he shared some current favorable pricing his company is offering, just so I could gauge what I might be looking at in the future.

I would definitely be pleased to have him serve me in the future.

I had my furnace and air conditioner installed on February 26, 2020. The crew was very professional and polite. They were very good at keeping their work area clean even though it started raining outside. I seem to work well together and we’re very focused on what they did. I’m very happy and satisfied with our new furnace and air conditioner. I would highly recommend this company.

Matt provided wonderful service for my home! He called within the 20-30 minute time period of his arrival (and arrived within that time period); he was very professional. He was very thorough when explaining the diagnosis to me so that I could understand the problem with my furnace. He was also specific so that I could understand which specific parts of the furnace were failing and helped explore the best option for my home. And, he was very patient while waiting on the phone with me when I was speaking to the home warranty company and was happy to review information with me. It may have been a freezing day outside, but it didn't phase Matt! I appreciate his professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond in his service. New Albany Heating & Cooling is a great company to call for services to help your furnace/AC!

Very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful from estimate (Mark P.) and start to finish with new HVAC. Clean, neat install, finished in less time than estimated - follow up inspection tech the same - all well trained and efficient, would not hesitate to recommend. Can't imagine how it could have gone smoother. Very pleased with everyone I dealt with at 5 star Heating and Cooling.

Had an air conditioner problem. The tech diagnosed it to be a contactor relay-like device that was corroded. Did a good, quick, professional job. I did not feel good about the price of almost $350 total part and labor. It was a total of $99 service fee charge plus $249 to replace it. (I later found I could have gotten the part on Amazon for under $20.) He was here less than a total of two hours including diagnostic time, so seemed rather pricey to me. It was a fixed company price that he looked up. Other than that, the tech did a good job and I would recommended him. His name was Shane.

I had contacted another local company "Whole Home Comfort" and they were taking my info and were pushing "emergency" only calls clearly to upcharge. 3 calls and a week and a half later and no call back. 1 call to New Albany Heating and Cooling based on a positive referral and I had an appointment the next day. The serviceman was professional wore a mask and diagnosed and fixed our AC within a half hour. We will without a doubt recommend and use them again!

If you need help with your cooling or heating, these guys get the job done! They’re great to work with, especially for tough to fix situations. Shane, our service technician, was very thorough and detailed, and explained our options. Great people, they genuinely care about helping you get the help you need.

They did a great job installing an air conditioner for me last summer so I contracted with them for my semi-annual heating / cooling inspections. The tec came out today for the furnace checkup.

He arrived within the scheduled appointment window and did call 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was pleasant and professional and did the inspection efficiently.

This is a great company. I was with a different company before. I switched to this company because the technician of New Albany Heating and Cooling came to my home quickly, diagnosed the leaking, and did everything professionally. The charge is reasonable. The person truly cares my concerns. They know what they are doing. Very smart staff, efficient, straightforward.
