    The communication was good from the beginning. Once the technician arrived we went over things and he answered all my questions. The Technician was highly knowledgeable and was easy to converse with. I felt comfortable and that I could trust him! 5stars lol on the tech. My circuit board was bad on the furnace so he checked the wiring and tested various things he could.

    Called 1100 in the morning and given a window between 12 and 4. Called to say they’re were on the way at 1. On arrival checked out problem in the rain. Back to shop for parts and luckily rain stopped. Repairs were done by 330 and the cleaned up as they worked. Sorry to say I only got one name. Isiah. They were professional,courteous,and efficient. Almost unheard of in this day and age to gets same day service. Thank you and I would definitely use again

    Noah was great. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was efficient with his time and provided great recommendations on how to keep our furnace running well. We signed up to have the 12 month heating and cooling checkups. I feel like that was a great investment.

    Lee exhibited great customer service. He called prior to coming and confirmed his estimated arrival time. Upon his arrival, he clarified who he was and provided an explanation of his visit. He addressed the few clarifying questions I had, about our unit. He went over what he was doing and made sure I had an understanding of the findings and how the system if functioning. He also went over the maintenance plan option. Overall, he was very thorough and professional.

    End to end had a great experience. Called them for a tenant with a blown AC unit. They came out same day - diagnosed the issue, gave me everything I'd need to coordinate an insurance claim and scheduled the replacement. Always show up on time - communicate clearly and do good, thorough work on their diagnostics/maintenance and installed. They will always be my first go to for HVAC work I need.

    My experience with New Albany Heating & Cooling was very good. Every aspect of interaction from customer support to the technicians was courteous, friendly, and accommodating. We had our home built 10 years ago and we are starting to hit a few appliance milestones. So when our A/C began to show signs of inefficiency. We went through a recent Valu Pak and came across this company. I also consulted Home Advisor for referrals since we really had no idea of professionals we could trust and would be able to respond quickly to resolve our issue. Especially considering the extra precautions we still need to take into account when allowing others into our home during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was glad to find out that New Albany H&C monitors their technicians for changes in temperatures, and requires them to wear masks and gloves when entering the clients home, especially since that was an initial concern we had after contacting another contractor beforehand who stated he would only wear these items if we required it. Also, the day after our install, we were contacted by customer support to find out how our new unit was running and were provided a reminder that they would be out in the Fall to provide a furnace tune up at our convenience. Overall, our experience was great and I would definitely recommend them.

    Above and beyond service. I purchased the furnace tune up on Thursday. They scheduled an appointment for Monday which exceeded my expectation. The service professional was prompt and called before coming. He diagnosed the performance of my furnace as well, even though he had to go up four flights of stairs to check each level. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Impressive!
