    New Albany Heating/Pickerington Heating and Cooling provided outstanding service in the quoting, installation, and follow-up when I purchased a new Carrier Central Air Conditioner from them on September 5.

    They came with a very high rating from Angie's List (where I have also posted a favorable rating) and were very competitive. I initially accepted an offer with free two year financing and they contacted me to offer free three year financing.

    Their installers alerted me in advance and were on time. They were very professional and efficient. They kept the house clean.

    After they left with my old unit, I found that I needed information from it that I had not retained. (This was needed to obtain a utility rebate.) I contacted the Pickerington office for help. One of their staff committed significant time and energy to obtain my needed information from the scrap unit they had picked up. They also followed up promptly to provide me with needed forms for the rebate.

    I am VERY pleased with my new A/C, but particularly pleased by the service that I have received.

    Pooya Yousefi came out early on a Sunday morning to help us out! So grateful! And to top it off— he was honest! After a quote from another company the night before— same piece broken— was told over $2,000 to fix!! Pooya was so honest! Yes— compressors were broke— my total was $250!! He had the part on his truck and fixed my unit! What a relief! So very glad I got a second opinion!!

    Immediately responsive. Technician responded same day in a matter of hours for a failing AC system. The HVAC technician, Jake McDougal was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive as soon as he walked in the door. He ran a diagnostic test and determined that the coil assembly had reached the end of its service life. Jake then advised me on a replacement plan that was honestly best for me and the expected time we plan on remaining in the home. Looking forward to continued business with Jake and the company.

    Easy to get an appointment. Carl called 15 minutes before he arrived and he was in and out under an hour for annual maintenance on my furnace (very nice guy and knowledgeable). This is great company, they were honest with what was going on with my furnace and they were not pushy. I will continue to use New Albany Heating and Cooling.

    My AC wasn’t cooling the condo. They came out and recharged my unit. It has been working great now. Going to look into preventive maintenance plan with them as well. Highly recommend!

    When our AC went out, we contacted Lancaster Heating and Air (Pickerington Heating and Cooling/Five-Star Heating and Cooling). They sent a technician out to see us the same day. After looking at our system, we found out that our current system is 22 years old. We decided to replace the system as opposed to making repairs because Shane was very knowledgable and professional. He helped us get our new system ordered while he was here and ultimately, we are happy that turn around time is only two days.

    We will update our review once the new system is in, but so far, we are pleased!
