The first person I spoke with to schedule a repair was so friendly in the phone. They were very quick to have a tech come out and resolve the problem! I couldn’t be happier. The tech, Jacob, was professional, knowledgeable and a great asset to the team. Highly recommend!

Called to schedule a technician to come out for a system replacement quote and plan. Asked to have a senior technician out as we don't want someone with 1-5 years of experience. Agent was not helpful and had no knowledge on their technicians and couldn't specify who might have the extensive experience to help us discuss the proper installation for an oddly placed system in an in-law suite. Why is it hard for someone to say, "I've got a great technician named X who's been with us for X years that we can schedule when he's next available"... being told "they're all good and we only schedule based on availability" is not helpful in the slightest. This could have been an easy 8-10K job for them if they could send us a good, tenured technician to come up with the best plan for a unique space... instead it's a lost job because of a bad phone operator.

My husband and I had a negative experience with another company, so we decided to call New Albany Heating and Cooling. The technician was quick to come out, and very kind and genuine. We will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Mike Brown came out to do maintenance on our heating and cooling system. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He caught issues other companies did not and made sure everything was working efficiently on our unit. He took his time so I felt very comfortable with his work. I have used other companies, including a large, well know company in this area, and this company far surpassed them. I also had a very easy time scheduling. I had to reschedule a few times and they were very accommodating. Prices are fair too. They offer deals that are actual deals and not just to sell you something.

Had a new Carrier A/C and furnace installed just under a year ago. So far I've been pleased with all aspects of the experience (value of original equipment and extended maintenance plan, quality of furnace and A/C units, and knowledgeable/skilled/friendly staff [both customer service and field techs].
Clayton (service tech) just finished one of my scheduled checkups. Clayton was honest and courteous. He made sure all my questions/concerns were addressed.

I am very impressed with the quality of service I received! My furnace was not working so I called Five Star Heating and Cooling. They were able to come to my home at my earliest convenience! The tech called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was here right on time! We talked through the situation and he quickly went to work. He was able to fix my problem and also made sure everything was in good repair. The price was very reasonable and I feel good knowing my heating and cooling is working properly! I highly recommend Five Star Heating and Cooling!

These are really good at what they do. We bought an air conditioner and furnace. Our house has a very small crawl space I was worried if they were ever going to be able to take out the old furnace and put the new one in but they managed. The were very careful now to scuff any floors, they make sure not to leave any mess behind. Also, when there was a small issue with our furnace they came back to fix it with no issues. Sometime I feel like even when things are covered by warranty you have to fight to get them fixed but not with these guys. They are honest hard working people who just want to make sure that end of the day can make their customers as happy as they can.
Now that we've had our furnace and a/c for a year's it works great. We even had a tech come out to ensure everything is working as designed, this was free when we bought everything. New Albany Heating & Cooling reached out to me to set it up, it was not me having to remember to make the appointment check up, that was nice. We decided to pay extra for the service warranty for the next year. These people really know how to take care of their customers.

Jake came out and was great. He answered all of my question (which I had a lot of) and made me feel comfortable about the work that was going to be done. He reviewed everything at the end and gave me some ideas on where to go from here. In the end, my A/C is now working great and we can sleep in a cool house. I was impressed at how they were able to work me into their schedule on the same day as my call. I will make sure to give them a call again in the Spring to make sure everything is in order for the summer.

Very satisfied. Service tech was knowledgeable and polite. He found the problem and replaced the faulty part and did not try to escalate the issue.
