Our service was stellar. The salesperson was honest, explained the system well, gave us a good price and handled himself professionally at our home. The subsequent installers worked hard and were professional as well. Excellent company with great people.

We obtained four quotes. Their pricing was very competitive, they install Carrier which is highly reputable and of sound quality, and the salesperson to the technicians were extremely professional. They installed within two days of our purchase. Very good experience.

They were at our house within a couple hours of our call. Josh was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Overall very impressive and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

My furnace was making a funny smell and was able to get scheduled in right away. My tech, Brandon, explained everything that he was doing so that I could understand.

Great product and installers. Fair and reasonable price on furnace and ac unit. Installers were A plus, neat and expertly installed units and answered all my questions and concerns. They especially took time to make sure all old Freon was removed from piping to ensure long life of ac unit. Definitely recommend them and their products.

From the CSRs to the installers, everyone was friendly and professional. We had a very old furnace which was difficult to remove, but there was no complaining, even though they had to call in extra help. They kept us informed on the process every step of the way. We are very pleased.

Service Technician was prompt and courteous! He was also very knowledgeable in gas heating furnaces. The pricing was great and would definitely recommend the company!

Initially, I had some concerns because my technician was running behind and my house was swealtering. I called and they let me know his last job was running a little longer than expected. Once he arrived, he quickly told me what the problem was and got my AC back up and running in no time! The office manager even called the next business day to apologize for the inconvenience which I really appreciated and made me feel valued as a customer.

This was a low/no pressure experience from the original quote to the installation. I had my HVAC system cleaned by them and then a new AC and furnace installed. The only reason I provided a 4 of 5 is because some of the fins on my AC unit were bent when installing; I talked to the guys who was installing it at the time and that was "normal". I wish I would have followed-up with corporate. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend on customer service, price, AND convenience.

*****UPDATE***** A technician came out to check out the unit the day after I called. We are very pleased and thankful that this was handled so quickly.
