    I called New Albany heating when my furnace started acting weird during fall of last year. The fan would stay on even when no heat was needed. The technician came the very next day but, of course, the issue went away about an hour before he came. He ran a full diagnostic anyway but could not find an issue. He gave recommendations for what to check if the issue came back. He was right, the issue came back and it ended up being a short in my thermostat. I replaced the thermostat myself and have not had any issues. The technician was very nice and you could tell he knew what he was doing and enjoyed it. I plan to call again if I ever have problems in the future.

    We were so grateful to Kara Henderly and the team for listening to our story and sending help quickly. Our home warranty company took a few days to realize that a disabled veteran husband and wife with eighteen traumatic brain injuries probably shouldn't be in a house without A/C. By the time they allowed us to seek our own contractor, the temperature had hit 81.5°F in the lower floor of our house. Kara got technician Isaiah Washington out to fix our unit within less than half a day of our call. He diagnosed the issue quickly, had the part on hand to make the fix, and was out the door with the A/C blowing cool air behind him in way less than an hour.

    I will definitely be using this company for ongoing maintenance and emergency services. The reassuring attitudes from all employees, ample professionalism, and commitment to providing honest and fast responses to emergency needs made me a supporter of this local business.

    Called them when the furnace wasn't working. CORY couldn't fix it and had to order a part. A few days later he came over and installed part and still didn't work. Apparently the board was fired. So they installed a new furnace for less than the price quotes I got from other places. Good service, very professional. Of course I wanted the quick cheap fix but my furnace was 20 years old and such is life. New furnace is working great with a 10 year warranty .

    These guys are always great. They replaced our furnace a couple years back and then today Mike Brown placed the ac cords after our lab chewed through them. Reasonable pricing, fast and professional. Wouldn't use anyone else for heating/cooling.

    Carl serviced my furnace today for my seasonal check-up. He also serviced my A/C earlier this year twice. That is why I requested him for this service personally from my previous experience with him. Carl is extremely personable, professional and takes the time to respond to questions with a thorough explanation. He is prompt and efficient. I appreciate him and hold this company in high regards.     I came home at 9 pm on a Friday evening and my furnace was only blowing cold air. I tried some basic things to get the heat back but had no luck. New Albany Heating and Cooling has a 24 hour emergency number. I called at 11 pm and they offered a service call as soon as 4 am. Thankfully, since I had some space heaters, I was fine waiting until the next day. If you tell the answering service you are ok to wait , you will get a call the next morning to schedule. I misunderstood the answering service and thought I would get a call back right away to schedule, so after waiting an hour for a call, I called them again. Just pointing this out so you do not wait up. You would only receive a call back at that late hour if you were opting for the 4 am window. I received a call at 7 am saying they could come between 9 am and noon. The technician called at 9:15 am to let me know he was about 15 minutes out. Jake arrived promptly and was able to get the heat up and running very quickly. He was very courteous and happy to explain his actions as he performed the repair. He did offer the one year HVAC service maintenance contract, to which the cost of the current visit would be applied. Since my system is older and the AC could use a good check and cleaning before the summer season, and another check to the heating system before winter, I felt it was a good value for me, so I opted for that. Jake then checked the whole system out and cleaned up the unit per the service agreement. He did point out some other parts that may need replaced soon, and since my unit is 20 years old, also offered pricing on new systems, but there were no hard sell tactics used. I was very happy with the prompt and courteous service I received.

    Communication over the phone was easy and fast. The worker was at my house that afternoon and fixed my AC with equipment he had ready on his truck. Although he was a little short he explained everything very well and seemed to only charge me for what i needed. Will definitely call them back in the future!

    I had New Albany Heating and Cooling perform a furnace annual maintenance. The tech called about a half hour before he arrived, was very personable, and went right to work. He did his work, and I appreciated that he did not try to sell me other services like some other companies have done. I got a great deal from an Angie's list special which made the entire interaction even better. I would highly recommend New Albany Heating and Cooling and will definitely call on them again the next time I need work done on my HVAC system.

    This was the 2nd company I had come out and diagnose my system. They were definitely the best out of the two.(proof of why you always get a second opinion when it comes to big purchases). The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel like he was taking advantage of my unfortunate situation of needing a new furnace. He gave me some good options and never once did I feel pressured to buy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating and cooling services.
