Mike was very professional and thoroughly diagnosed our issue in about 10 minutes. He was very honest and detailed in answering all of my questions about the system. The house is already feeling better than it has all summer. 10/10, never calling Atlas Butler again.

My AC went out, I called them at 10 am on a Saturday- the technician called me by 11:30 am was here by noon and had my AC running by 12:30. Extremely quick, kind and professional on the phone and in person. Jacob was excellent in explaining what the problem was and fixing it promptly. Will go back to them every time. 5/5 stars.

Carl from New Albany Heating and Cooling performed a furnace tune up in our home this morning. He was on time, polite, and very professional. Service was thorough and very quick, he was finished within 45 minutes. He explained all his findings (helpful for me, as we'd never had a tune up before) to me as well as including all the details in the service invoice. We lost AC in 90 degree weather. Jacob (the tech) was at our house the next morning. AC unit was 32 years old. We needed a new one and had the deal worked out in an hour. Awesome service... Great business... And a great tech (Jacob).

I contracted them for an annual furnace check-up. Great communication. Very easy to schedule at convenient time. Technician came at time, did a thorough furnace inspection, and emailed me later a detailed inspection report.

I had an issue with my furnace . The technician came out to diagnose the issue and concluded that all my safety switches, including the main chip are gone. His recommended to buy a new furnace and sent me estimate. I called someone else for second opinion - turns out only one safety switch is gone, after replacing furnace working just fine. In my opinion - The diagnosis is simply incorrect, If you could not figure out what the issue is just say it.

Someone from the company called and agreed that it was a mistake on their end and refunded my diagnose fee.

The naming conventions are a little confusing. We thought we called Pickerington Heating and Cooling, the truck they arrived in said 5 start, and my recipt said New Albany. So. That is something that is a bit of a puzzle.

Other than that, Mike arrived on time. Communicated prior to his arrival when he would be there. He was very truthful. And it seemed pretty thorough. Our current fix was a pretty simply one which he showed me how to do on my own going forward. But he also was honest in letting me know I would eventually need a new unit and why. I asked questions. He answered them. And then even gave me a suggested time in the future to get the best bang for my buck.

I would not hesitate to call them again and will likely be calling them in the future to replace my entire AC/Heating unit.
