Mike, Ian, and Logan arrived at the start of the service window and effectively and efficiently took care of getting our vents cleaned. They were very respectful of our property and kept us informed of why and what they were doing. I highly recommend this team if you need any vent cleaning done.

1/18/2023 Michael F. & Andrew C. Installed our furnace and air conditioner. They were very knowledgeable and professional which is not how I perceived the sales person. I was apprehensive about the install and was absolutely delighted after they finished. They were very conscientious and cleaned up everything and explained the new system. I highly recommend McAfee and these two HVAC employees.

My mom had continuous problems with her furnace. We had troubles with other HVAC companies in the area. After calling McAfee, they came, found and gave us options for the true problem within 48 hours.
We ended up needing a new furnace. Michael F, Sean F, and Brady K came out and installed it. Like all the staff we had interacted with, they were personable, professional, and knowledgeable.

Ian, Mike & Logan we’re very professional . They did a great job and explained the process to me. I plan to replace my furnace in the future and I will definitely be calling McAfee. Well done!

Ben was just here for an annual furnace service call. He was detailed and courtesy. Particularly friendly to our little dog even though she barked at first. Ben arrived on time; texting and calling to alert he was on his way. Recommended surge protectors and asked routine questions. Careful to wear shoe covers to ensure nothing was tracked in.

Ken S, Sean F, and Andrew C, were very polite and professional. They did excellent work and we are very pleased with our new HVAC system. We have been a McAfee customer for years and will be for many more.
