Ian and Logan cleaned the ducts in my apartment. They were very kind, professional, and informative. They put everything they moved back where it belonged and worked with me to keep my cat safe which I very much appreciated. They showed up on time, got the job done and had a great attitude. Ken and Theo installed my new Heat Pump and Heather at the end of February and did a great job. Arrived when they said they would unpacked all new equipment and checked it was all good before installing and left everything clean and did a great job explaining the new system and the new thermostat. This team was outstanding. Andy C came and performed the post installation inspection. He arrived on time and did a great job and with the inspection. McAfee is who I always recommend.

Although my ac system was not repaired. The Technician was very professional and courteous. After speaking with him I decided it was time to replace the whole system. A salesman came out the following day and spent a decent amount of time talking with me about my needs, options, and the products that they offered. I didn't feel pressured to buy and didn't feel like I was being upsold at all. In just a few days the installation technician was here putting in my new system. He and his helper did a great job and got it done in a timely manner. They showed up on time and left there work areas clean. All in all my recent dealings with McAfee have been stellar! I couldn't be any happier with my new HVAC system. Thank you McAfee!

Everyone I encountered at McAfee Heating and Air was extremely helpful navigating the replacement of my heating and air system. The team of installers, Ken, Sean, and Brady handled themselves with the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism. They arrived when they said they would. Took great care not to “disturb” our household by placing mats (padding) on all of the floors and were very careful to make themselves barely noticeable while they were in the house.

My wife and and I have been very happy with our new HVAC system since the install last week. We highly recommend McAfee!

Logan came out and cleaned my air ducts a few months ago. His quality of work is outstanding. He cleaned my vents and ducts so well they sparkled. The air quality in my house has been dramatically different and it was well worth every penny. My asthma has been so much better and the dust in my house is minimal now. Ask for Logan if you want someone who is very good at what they do, professional, and extremely polite and courteous. It's so hard to find people who take such pride in their work so I'm beyond thankful.

We started using McAfee’s service plans for our HVAC back in 2006. Every single technician over the years has be prompt, polite, and professional. Their advice was helpful in our decision about when to replace our units. Their sales teams gave us options to choose from, and helped us make informed decisions. Their installation teams have also been very good—quick installation, trouble-free startup, and no mess left behind. And their equipment has been very reliable. With regular maintenance under their plans, and with their guidance, we’ve enjoyed comfort and peace of mind for many years.

James was at our house today for semi-annual service, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
