Outstanding Heating and Cooling

After contacting 4 to 5 other HVAC dealers for quotes, I found out about Trent’s business, Outstanding Heating & Cooling by way of a brother. A niece of ours had told my brother. She knew Trent for many years thru her realtor profession.

Trent is incredibly responsive and quickly made arrangements to come out to evaluate my HVAC requirements and submit his proposal.

I was most impressed with Trent in that he had the specs for my home from a County website and had a real good idea what size system would be best for me, even before walking into my home. He did want to verify some things with an actual on-site visit, but he had a very good idea about many spec variables with my home.

He pointed out a few things none of the others had mentioned, which I appreciated. He just seemed very knowledgeable about HVAC and was “into it” as they say. Trent is excited about his profession and always learning, was my impression anyway.

The installation was done very, very well. As with anything, things can happen. At the end of the job, I noticed something that the installers had not seen that was not good. Within 10-15 minutes it was corrected with no questions asked or excuses being made. That is when you know you are working with a good crew and company! Things don’t always go perfectly in life, but they quickly reacted and made it perfect!

Trent has a good team and runs a good business.

Did a great job of finding problems from past and preventing future issues. Randy is very good at keeping our 4 units in great running shape, he find a filter issue that was there for a long time that other companies failed to address very thankful that we have decided to use Outstanding for our HVAC needs

I had a prepaid service contract for my A/C and Furnace. I made an appointment 2 months ago for my A/C to be checked. My appointment was for Friday, 5/26/23. Their office called me on Wednesday, 5/24/23, asking if they could reschedule me because they had a LONG TIME customer needing service. The parts for their LONG TIME customers A/C were coming in on Friday and they did not want this LONG TIME customer to be without air conditioning. The first appointment available was 2 weeks away.
I told them I needed to keep my appointment since my A/C is not working either and I had arranged time off work to be there. I was told that if I wasn’t willing to change my appointment they would have to talk to the service manager. That was on Wednesday. Friday morning the service manager, Kevin, called and said they had a technician call off and would need to reschedule my appointment. I do not believe them. This was too much of a coincidence. I asked for a refund and will take my business elsewhere.
I am a paying customer just like anyone else.
This is a big mistake on their part. I would have been a LONG TIME customer too. My sister is in fact, a LONG TIME customer and has spent thousands of dollars with them. They just lost two customers and any recommendation to others because of their poor business practice and lack of customer service. They are definitely not Outstanding.

I used Outstanding Air on a commercial project that consisted of eliminating existing duct, adding new duct and exhaust throughout the space. The work was completed professionally, clean, and on schedule without delay. They were very quick to respond to any questions or added work during the project. I will continue to use Outstanding on future projects and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Eddy and his team were great! Had them out to look at issue and install a new AC and furnace all in just over a weeks time. Couldn't be happier. Everything was very tidy and professional. Cannot say enough good things!

Outstanding Heating & Cooling installed our system originally and has maintained it under a Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) ever since. Every time I call to schedule the PMA service a real live person answers the phone and accommodates my schedule by scheduling the appointment when it is convenient for me.

The service technician always arrives during the window of time given to me, is professional in appearance and courteous.
The technician always takes the time to let me know what work will be performed during the engagement and answers all of my questions and I always receive a detailed written report upon completion of the service.

Simply amazing folks and company! My dual fuel heat pump crashed on the day we were heading out of town over the holidays in the midst of a nasty winter storm. Kevin and Randy kept me in the loop throughout the process and quickly got everything corrected. Randy even went and got a new battery to operate the garage keypad that had also malfunctioned. Truly exceptional service!

We had a new Heat pump system and thermostat installed my Outstanding Heating and Cooling. They did an excellent job!! I would and will use them again. I have waited until I received my 1st full months utility bill to see if I saved any money...Well to my amazement by bill dropped 130.00 dollars. The unit that was installed was perfect for my house, it is so comfortable in our home now. Eddie and his team did such an amazing job with the installation and getting us the exact system for our home. What a wonderful company to work with!! We have used Outstanding Heating and Cooling many times for general maintenance, so it only made sense that we have them install our new Furnace and Air. The process was way too easy. The estimate was fair and accurate. They arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Furnace, Air and iWave-R air purifier. Eddie has followed up with us twice since the install to ensure that everything is to our satisfaction.. Would highly recommend.
