100% will never do business with this company. I called to receive a quote on a HVAC replacement. The individual I talked to, who did not give me his name, was one of rudest individuals I've ever talked to in sales.

He asked how many quotes I've already taken and when I said five he stated, "Wow, that's a lot. Why so many?"

I then replied that I was just trying to get the best "bang for my buck".
He then replied with, "Usually that means that a person is looking for the cheapest product."

After a few more degrading comments after asking him what products they sell, I said that it doesn't seem that you would like my business. I think that's all the information I need. His reply was "That's what I figured." I hung up at that point.

Again, worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hope Greg McAfee sees how his employees treat potential customers. I will tell every person I know to never do business with McAfee Heating and Air.

It seems that Mr McAfee has commented on my report of the horrendous customer service by his agents over the phone. Mr. McAfee, please by all means transcribe the entire interaction I had with your employee over the phone. I think that would be extremely helpful to see what was stated and how RUDE your employees are to prospective customers.

If you listened to the recording then you would know I said FIVE, 5, ESTIMATES, not seven like you stated incorrectly. Whether you stated that to make me appear more flippant or to make yourself look like your company doesn't have issues with customer service, I'll never know the truth. Why would you bring up Hauser heating and air? If I was related to them I would of just had them install my HVAC. My roots come from Wisconsin sir.

Thank you for showing me the type of company you represent. A company where you and your employees do nothing wrong and the "customer" is always wrong as well. I went with Logan AC and Heating Services. THANK goodness I did. They were not the cheapest, but they did amazing work and their customer service was second to none.

To all who see this, beware McAfee Air. Go through their reviews and see how Mr. McAfee handles replies to his poor customer service. Dayton Children's Hospital and WHIO were correct in getting rid of your service for their facilities.

I work at The Ark Church as the Admin Assistant and we had McAfee out to install a new A/C unit today. This was our second time receiving HVAC service from this company and they were very kind and professional both times. They even had to disassemble the cage we had around our previous unit and they had no qualms or complaints and worked with us to get everything taken care of. I’m very thankful they were able to come out so quickly during peak season and help our church so we can have cool air for our next service. I highly recommend McAfee to anyone looking for an HVAC expert in the Dayton area.

I have been using McAfee for years. They have always been professional and courteous. We had Ben out today for our spring tune-up and he was beyond professional. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. I will continue to use McAfee for all my hvac needs.

We had our original air ducts cleaned today {after purchasing a whole HVAC system 1 week ago which was great.} Mike, Ian and Logan were wonderful! They were very nice, respectful and professional. They did a great job cleaning all the vents and cleaning up after the were finished. They took photos of the before and after so we could see the improvement. I would definitely refer people to McAfee. Thank you!!!

Michael did a great and efficient job of servicing my air conditioner today. It’s a great thing to be part of the comfort program because I didn’t have to worry about any out of pocket expense today.

McAfee Techs Ken S. & Jason B. were professional, respectful and courteous. When they finished the install everything was cleaned up and removed. You could never tell any work had been completed except for seeing the new units. They carefully explained all the features of the units and made sure I understood them before they left. I would definitely recommend McAfee to others.
