We have always appreciated the great service we receive from McAfee. Whether is is a new system or service call, they don’t try to oversell. Servicemen are always polite and thorough. Just had a new system installed and they protected our flooring and cleaned up afterward. We highly recommend McAfee.

We had our spring HVAC system Maintenance this week. the technician, Daniel Beam, did a great job. very thorough and answered all our questions. Our McAfee HVAC system is about three years old and we've been very happy with it.

Never disappointed with this company and today was no exception. Our technician Jeremy was outstanding. He gave us a courtesy call in the morning a text when he was on the way and his customer service and expertise while servicing our unit today was exceptional. Thanks for keeping us up and running Jeremy!

Mike and Logan were both friendly and efficient in getting the job done. The price seems a bit steep for a 2.5 hour job, but I am overall pleased with the outcome.

Great vent cleaning service with a full truck and in-vent scrubbing. Andrew & the second tech (forgot the name!) were both wonderful technicians to work with.

We had a complete system replacement three years ago and we signed up for the twice a year service plan so they were out today for the Summer check up. They have top notch technicians and they always arrive on time in full uniform…….very professional with state-of-the-art equipment.

We had a very old system in our home, she was holding on for dear life and when she finally choked we called McAfee who called us back first thing Monday morning (this was a weekend but we did not need emergency service). They got us scheduled right away for a diagnostic.

As expected our 62 year old furnace finally sprung this mortal coil, but upon speaking with both the repair technician and Drew E. from the sales team we had no doubt we would go with McAfee. Everyone was prompt, the financing is excellent and the entire operation is smoothly run, and encourages trust.

I am grateful for the hard work of Drew to explain everything to us - from breaking down hybrid ACs to explaining SEER ratings. On up to the work of both Michael F and Andrew C, who on a Friday had to deal with my weird house layout. And of course Daniel who was the first person to set eyes on this ol' beast.

I highly recommend this place, they will treat you right, they will answer you questions and they'll make your home safe and comfortable again.

My technician, Lance, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and thoroughly answered a few questions I had. I’ve been using McAfee for nearly 5 years for my heating and A/C services and they have always provided excellent service.

Ian and Logan from McAfee Heating and Air cleaned my ducts today. 2 returns and 13 vents, took them about 3 hours. Were very nice, left the place clean. Got alot of dirt, my ducts had never been cleaned, were way over due. looking forward to seeing if it cuts down on the dust in the house a little. Nice guys, would recommend.
