Joe and Andrew did an awesome job installing a complete AC/Heating system
Both were well knowledgeable and very courteous.

Have been paying for a service plan for over 10 years had a leak in my Freon system and they would not track it down to tell me where it was as part of the service contract wanted to charge me $276 for elite check which is outrageous. The going rate is $100-$150 Should be part of the service contract in case there’s an issue or a problem they wanted to charge extra for that

Chaz performed spring tune up quickly and professionally. He answered all questions and provided good advice and recommendations to keep system performing at its best.

James C. was AWESOME. Arrived exactly on time, provided a great evaluation of our system, turned off our humidifier, and prepared us well for the summer heat.

Chaz was on time and respectful of my home. He was thorough in checking the AC unit, and recommended coil sanitization, which I will think about doing.

Ben was a fantastic technician & was very tenacious at resolving an error code with the furnace. We are so happy we have the Omega Comfort Care plan because the repairs didn’t have any cost!! Love McAfee!! Best of all we have heat & didn’t have to suffer any failures!!

Air conditioner went out yesterday. I called this morning and they were here by 9:am. Chaz was very professional.

We had a wonderful experience the sale person Danny Pennington. He explained everything we need to get a new HAVC system. He got us a great payment plan and service plan. The installers of our new HAVC system were great and clean working. They show my husband the complete install and showed him how to check different things if there any problems. I would recommend Steven L. and Sean F. to do a install or repairs to anybody if asked. McAfee is great company.

Mike and Andrew cleaned our ductwork and did an outstanding job. They were very professional and went about their work in an efficient manner. They showed us before and after pictures of our cold air returns and wow what a difference. They also found and removed some dead mice from our ducts! We are also very happy with our new UV air purifier that the guys installed. Thanks McAfee! We will recommend your air duct cleaning to everyone.

We were fit into their schedule for a minor problem. They also completed our regular service three weeks ahead of our scheduled appointment.
