Joe, Jason and Andrew installed a new furnace and heat pump this week for me and they did a great job. Joe explained everything that they did and how to use the new thermostat. Very polite.

Mike and Ian were wonderful. They were on-time, gave us a good overview of the work that they were about to do on our ducts and answered any questions that we had. Our air is so much cleaner now and the process took less time than expected (considering our system had not been cleaned in years.) Highly recommend! We had Drew, Danny, Ken, Sean, Nick, Mike, and Jason Who came out to our house to get us set up and installed with a new heating and air conditioning system, as well as blowing out the duckwork system.. They all worked as a team and we're very professional. As well as being very polite and courteous. They did an excellent job. We would highly recommend McAfee to everybody.

Jeremy A did a great job responding to issues and communicating furnace problem and how he repaired it. He went through payment options including the comfort package that Mcafee offers.

Once James A arrived, the service was performed quickly and efficiently. In addition to the maintenance check he addressed a concern I had on excessive blower noise. I'm very pleased

Thanks to Mike, Ian and Logan for doing a quick, efficient job of cleaning our ducts! We had a water pipe break during the extreme cold weather in December that resulted in major construction dust and lots of sneezing and coughing. Having the ducts cleaned has gotten rid of all that and made us breathe a lot easier.

McAfee technician James A was on time and professional from first communicating an accurate arrival time to sending a full review/assessment of our furnace. Thank you James!
