Mike and John were both very thorough in explaining what they were doing. They showed us pictures of our ducts before and after they cleaned them. I would definitely have them come out again.

I woke up to very cold house (<50°F) at 4am on a Sunday, I attempted to fix it by using the time and true dad technique, "tap, whack, & pound", but it failed to get the heat to work. So, I put on another blanket and called first thing in the morning.
The person answering was very friendly, they contacted the on-call tech who contacted us and provided an ETA of an hour.
When he arrived, he put on protective coverings on his feet, went down and took a look, quickly figured it out, showed me how to do this work around, and got it started up again.
He explained it was a temporary fix, that the part was sacking and will continue to stick on this +33 y/o furnace, the part would be ~15% of the price of a new one, but other parts will start to fail, it would be best to replace it.
An appointment was made with a sales rep, who suggested the appropriately sized HVAC and didn't up sale us.
by Friday we had a set of friendly install techs come and install everything, took out all the old parts, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. (it's like they're boy scouts)

Chaz was prompt after letting me know he was on the way. Recommended cleaning the main Endor’s coil to prevent mold and other things. This also helps the drain stay open over the summer. Thank you very much for your professional service.

Very quickly and efficiently replaced the condenser fan motor. Have used McAfee from installation of the original HVAC equipment over 12 years ago and have them twice a year inspect and maintain our system.
