Very impressed with them. Can't really compare prices, but twice now, they have been able to solve my problems over the phone.

They are knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, trustworthy, and professional...so basically perfect! After talking with Ronnie over the phone he was able to walk me thru a problem quickly and easily after a long weekend working with another company who charged a arm and a leg. Such a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend them to anyone without thinking twice.

Had another company out prior, salesman came to house. Couldnt tell me how old anything was. Ronnie came out himself, told me in about 5 seconds how old everything was. We had previously had another HVAC company come out to check on our AC and they quoted us a very high, unreasonable amount. We are so glad we called Gallion. We will always call Gallion for our Heating and Cooling needs!

This is your family owned heating and cooling company. I called on a Sunday night at 8 and was scheduled right there on the spot for a repair. The owner came himself to the job and fixed our unit and was very down to earth and respectful which in this day and age is very important. I'd recommend this business to anyone. They do collect up front for their service at the end but I do the same for my company so I have no issue with that.

Ron and his team have always provided me outstanding service for many years. He is trustworthy and reliable.

Mr.Gallion has not only serviced our home multiple times with excellent service but has always been willing to help troubleshoot small issues over the phone to save a service call. I have not and will not have anyone else out to service our units.

We had a new central heat/air unit put in. Good service and clean up, after job done.
