I called first thing New Years Day, in tears due to not having any heat in my house with a baby. The receptionist was by far the sweetest human I’ve ever encountered on a phone call like this, understood and reassured me somebody would be there as quickly as possible and even put a note that a baby was in the house in order to get somebody there quicker. Ryan showed up and was by far the best tech that I’ve ever had so work on my house, he explained what was going on, why it was happening and did not pressure me into getting or doing anything that I didn’t need done, just so they could make money. He installed a new igniter, got my furnace working and continued to reassure me that they would respond day or night if need be. The best employees who genuinely care. 1000/10 recommend this company.

I must say Mr. J.D Adkins at Kettering-Oakwood Heating & Air is the BEST of the BEST. WE are going through a very difficult time with this Pandemic. I am laid off and was not feeling the best of Spirits. This man came and fixed our A/C 2 times day and night. I have been telling everybody about my experience with this Company and the man who works for them. I have already recommended 10 people to this company and there will be many more. The young man that came yesterday, I was very impressed with. Seemed very knowledgeable, spent time with me going over everything. even replaced a part that was failing that they had installed last year at no charge to me. The issue I have is he was the first one who explained to me how old my heating system was. This company replaced my air conditioner May of 2021, had I been told that my furnace was that old , I would have done both at the same time and therefore I would have gotten an overall better price. The gentleman that installed my air conditioner was not in a good mode and clearly didn't want to be at my home that day. I do not want to take away from the young man that came yesterday, he was great.

Justin came out to do some annual maintenance on my furnace and could not have been better. He was very thorough, explained to me what he was checking, and why, and arrived promptly when he said he would. Five stars for sure!

Working with Five Star Home Services was wonderful. Gage came out and gave us a detailed explanation of what had been improperly installed in our recently purchased home, and helped to get us set up with Air Conditioning in the next 24 hours. He was also incredibly helpful in regard to explaining our financing options, and the team that came out to do the installation were incredibly quick and polite. I've never had a better service call than was provided by these gentlemen, and I look forward to continuing to do business with them for any future heating and plumbing needs our new home might require.

I initially contacted them to relocate our thermostat because heating in our house was inconsistent. He found that the location wasn't the problem and gave us a couple of simple solutions that has our home feeling way more comfortable than before.

Quick response time. Next day service. Next day acquisition of furnace control panel needed. Installation the same day. Courteous, friendly, helpful service. They want to resolve your issue as efficiently and as effectively as possible. Exemplary service.

I highly recommend this company!! Trevor(hope that name is correct) was very nice, informative, knowledgeable, and actually gave a demonstration on why my furnace was making noises. I’m usually skeptical but I’m very satisfied and plan on using them for my plumbing as well.

The technician did a great job explaining how he performed the HVAC tune up. He went over the good & the bad with the unit. I appreciate his honesty and not trying to pressure to buy anything that didn’t need attention. Great service

The installation got off on the wrong foot but their response to rectify the situation as a company was probably one of the best I've experienced. Their employees honestly care about the job they do and the end results. There's many hearing and air companies out there don't hesitate to give FIVE STAR HEATING AND AIR a try.
