Russell is a great tech. He was able to diagnose my AC problem and explained it so thoroughly that even I could understand it. I would strongly advise using Baker Heating & Cooling and ask for Russell!

I used their online service to send for a quote which they responded back right away. Steve came out to give us an estimate who was very informative, friendly, and helped us make the right decision. We were able to get a new AC unit installed the very next day which they replaced all the lines from the AC to inside of the home. The two gentlemen that installed everything was friendly and didn't leave anything behind. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

My thermostat broke while I was having carpet installed. They came in less than an hour and installed a new thermostat. During this install I noticed mold on the interior of my furnace, so since it was 21 years old I decided to replace the entire system. I got 3 bids and selected them to replace my air and heat. They arrived promptly as scheduled and worked efficiently to replace my furnace and AC. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism.

The gentlemen were prompt and professional during the inspection and installation of a new furnace. We were provided with pros and cons for each of our options, which allowed us to make a truly informed decision on what was right for us.

They replaced my 100 year old coal converted to gas furnace. Great job and left the basement cleaner than it was when they got here!!!
