I think it was Doug who came. I quickly figured out the problem it has been running great ever since. Logan Home services came earlier and didn't have the ability to do the job, all they wanted to do is well me a new system.

This is one of the most dependable and HONEST Heating & Cooling Companies I have ever had repair my system. 2 Years ago - 2 different companies told me I needed a new furnace - system could not be repaired. I called Baker for a 3rd estimate for a new system, Dave told me he could repair it - He did!! 2 Years later I have the same system! This is the only Heating & Cooling Company I will use and refer them often!

Has my ac working better than it ever has

I was in distress when my furnace died. I called Baker Heating & Cooling and got same day service. Parker, the Service Technician spotted the problem & got my furnace back running within minutes. Great work and I would recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you!

Woke up to no heat. I called Baker's and they came out . I was very impressed by their service tech David and I didn't get the other guys name but he was great too. They was in and out in about 2 hours and that was with going to get a part. I thought they was reasonable, kind especially since I know I rambled a little because I was so upset. I will definitely use them when I get an upgrade.

Tech Steven Moore was very friendly and professional. He wasn't aggressive in giving me a quote for a new furnace. He seemed very knowledgeable.

Air conditioning wasn’t working so I called Baker Heating and Air, and they said they would be able to get someone out today from 5-7pm. David called around noon and said he would be able to come out earlier. He was able to come out, inspect the problem, get the parts and fix it for a reasonable price. Thank you!!!!

Blew transformer and thermostat on my steam boiler trying to make adjustments myself. It was Sunday Afternoon and 7 degrees outside. I called McAfee 24hr Emergency Service and they said “”we don’t service boilers””....... I then called Baker Heating & Cooling and they said be there in 20min!!!
Service Technician “David” arrives promptly and got straight to work. Didn’t ridicule me for the Mistake I made and quickly had the ole steam boiler up and running!!! Very courteous, professional, and didn’t try to oversell me,,, I would highly recommend Baker Heating & Cooling as a First Call for any and all your hvac needs!!! 5 Star Rating

They showed up on time, they repaired, and they were totally fair. This is the third time we've called them for help, and they were fantastic. I wish I could remember the guy's name because I would thank him personally. So thankful for A/C on these 90 degree days!
