Baker diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 2 hours with an honest assessment as well as full knowledge of how the equipment runs and with a VERY reasonable bill! Very professional team. Does great work. Today Russell came to access some issues I'm having with my heating/cooling systems. He was prompt and professional. This well be the second time I'm doing business with this company, because I'm very impressed by the service they provide. And their honesty.

Baker installed two professional business AC/HVAC system onto my building. It was done in a very expedient and professional manner. I had no issues with the work.

I joined the Baker Heating and Cooling family a few months ago on the recommendation of a friend who is a 25 year customer. I've been extremely happy with the new furnace they installed. During today's visit, Russell encountered some issues in the unit outside, which he photographed and videotaped so i could see and hear what was going on. He gave me all the options...the good. the bad and the ugly. I've been impressed with their confidence and knowledge and I feel like I can trust them.

baker did a great job with the new plumbing installation to our boiler… they had to remove the old parts and put on new… they were very knowledgeable and thorough and did very neat work…

Our A/C lost all its Freon. Called Baker and they came out the next day. Ordered a new unit and three days later it was installed. I’ve used this company for over 25 yrs and they have always been reliable, friendly and honest. I’ve recommended them to friends and they too have had great experiences with Baker Heating and Cooling.

Fantastic service! 👏🏻 I had a full furnace and A/C installation, and it was finished like magic. So clean, the only signs that work was done; was a sparkling new thermostat and a toasty warm house. I didn't even have to take off work.
