I made the best decision ever going with Baker Heating and Cooling! They were so fast and efficient repairing the damage to our AC unit and the customer service booking them was so pleasant. Not to mention the cost was so affordable I almost didn't believe it! Not only will I exclusively use Baker's, but I will recommend them to everyone I know! I am very, very happy with their work :)

Russell was our technician. He found a leak and repaired the unit very quickly. He gave outstanding customer service.

Recently had air conditioning added to a rental house that I own. The price was reasonable (got bids from several other places), and they were prompt and professional. It works fine. They have also done other work for me, and they are my first choice for furnace and air conditioning issues. I'm glad that works out because they are a local company that has been in business for years.

Well the technician just lied to me about when he could be back to fix my furnace and the time frame he gave me the shop wasn't even open!! Wouldn't recommend

I used Baker for several years for my annual air and heating service although they were both older systems. However, I had planned to install new system. After having air serviced and paying high fees for freon in air conditioner the system didn't work, then another service call I was charged for over $200 service call for a part that only cost about $10.00, the air still didn't work,. Thus paying nearly $500 for service that did not work, I felt taken. The hvac that was quoted for install from Baker seemed to be excessive and they wanted cash only for the type system to be installed. I was surely disappointed with Baker since I had used their service for several years.
2 stars because they did come out to service however, my disagreement is with cost and communication.

Doug Webb came out from Baker Heating and cooling to work on my Fuel oil furnace. Doug was very professional and polite. Doug fixed the furnace. I will only let Doig come out to work on the fuel oil furnace. He knows what he is doing. Thank goodness.

Furnace quit on the coldest day we’ve had in years, they got it running and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much!

Baker Heating & Cooling did a GREAT job!
Had my entire HVAC system (minus the AC unit) and hot water heater replaced.
They came in, gave me an accurate estimate up front and got the job done on the shorter end of the estimated time frame. Timely, clean and professional.

This company was excellent in availability and prompt with response time and very efficient in diagnosing systems and offering several different solutions and cost estimates. Would highly recommend this company.

Furnace would not start for the season. They were very responsive. We’re able to secure and install the required part. Very courteous, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend their services.
