Edit 10/4/2022: Just got finished with an inspection from Rob, who did the most thorough and wonderful job I could imagine. He was so knowledgeable and able to methodically diagnose and walk us through solving the issues we'd been having. Really appreciate the time he spent with us!

Our furnace decided it was going to go out during the cold winter temps. I called Baker Heating & Cooling and they sent Russell out to check it right away. He not only quickly diagnosed the problem but he also caught a carbon monoxide leak that had been making our family sick. It was then determined that we needed a new furnace. Russell helped me file a claim with my insurance company and once approved we were scheduled to get our new furnace! Cassie at the office was incredibly sweet and helpful and scheduled the install right away. Joe, Chad and Mitch showed up for the install and did the most perfect job. They were kind, professional and even cleaned everything up upon finishing. It is wonderful to have heat back in our home! I would definitely recommend Baker Heating & Cooling to anyone in need!

I have been a customer of Baker Heating & Cooling for about 25 years. I first contacted them out of desperation, durning the depth of winter with furnace malfunction. Lou, the original owner, came out and repaired the problem. He was honest, efficient and trustworthy. He has since passed but his current employees have continued to practice this tradition. I thank them very much for their super service. The BEST!!

He diagnosed my issue right away, and fixed the issue. He also gave very helpful suggestions for future maintenance. I highly recommend this company for maintenance concerns.

Very professional and thorough. Prices are reasonable. They will suggest improvements but they don’t pressure you to buy. The techs are friendly, on time, and knowledgeable.
