Dave Technician, was professional prepared, called before arrival, wore protective gear(mask) most of all we have Heat now, which he fixed in less than 30min for entire transaction payment and all. Most heating and cooling company had a 4 hr window. Baker had 2hr window . Dave actually had the part we needed in his truck which is unusual. Usually has to be ordered. I give 5 stars. Thank you Baker Heating and Coolong.

We had a flooded basement. Our furnace was almost completely under water!! Dave came out and got the AC up and running in no time on a scorching 90 degree day. We'll have Baker replace the furnace this fall. Thanks again for keeping us from boiling!!!

My son's furnace went out on a Friday night and I called Baker Heating & Cooling and they told me it might take an hour or so to get to me. Well the tech (Russell) called like 15 minutes later and said he was on the way. I was at the hospital dealing with an emergency he was totally professional and informed my son of what was needed. He needed a part that wouldn't be able to be installed until Monday but he was able to repair the furnace so that my son would have heat. I am so grateful to this company because we were at freezing temperatures. I will be using Baker Heating & Cooling 😁

I called first thing on a Monday morning, not only did they answer right away, they got me in that day! And the technician arrived early! He was very kind and knowledgeable. He wore a mask the entire time and even allowed my crazy husky love all over him! Huge points with me.

They came out to check to make sure everything was in good condition. Our carbon monoxide alarm had gone off a few days ago and the firemen couldn't find the cause. Baker Heating gave us peace of mind. They said everything was in good condition and explained how the safety mechanisms work. The guy was super nice. We will definitely be using them for all our future heating/cooling needs.

Russell came out to do a furnace tune up he was very professional and explained everything to me and answering all my questions. Will definitely use them again for all my heating and air needs and would recommend them to others.

Explained situation over the phone. Tech comes out not looking to do any work and blew off job. Offered to sell me a new system instead of repairing what I called for. Was charged a trip fee for nothing because I wouldn’t buy a new system. Complete waste of time, take your time and look elsewhere for a more professional company.
