Rob came in on Christmas eve a d made sure we got heat that day. It was record cold Temps. Repairs were quick.

IMy technician Rob called before he came, arrived promptly and he was very thorough in explaining to us what is going on with our air conditioner. I like that he is experienced and knowledgeable . He was courteous and professional.

Just bought house and spent first two nights in a cold house waiting for gas to be turned on. Gas turned on and furnace not working. Steve came changed thermostat and started furnace in a few minutes. Waited a bit to make sure heat stayed on then called awhile later to make sure all was good. Thumbs up for Steve and I am now a new customer who will call again when needed. Thank you

Friendly service. Technician gave me honest analysis of my issues, made a quick supply run and came back to do a great job. Furnace now works properly and a/c was fully charged and only took 1lb. Will call again.

Boiler inspection went well and quickly. Our boiler is original with the house build- late 50s or early 60s. Annual maintenance is paramount to ensure it is working properly for the cold weather. The serviceman marveled at how well the boiler had been maintained based on its age. We keep our fingers crossed every year that it makes it through the season. Thanks Baker for always being there to see us through another fall, winter and early spring.

Great job. Very professional and reasonable. Diagnosed the problem and fixed right away.

Timely service, but owner tried to gouge me on the installation of a c-wire. $475, or $350 with a $125 discount because he was already on site installing a $5,000 furnace. He initially tried to install a thermostat that ran off batteries. I told him that wouldn't work and asked for a c-wire (the power supply to the thermostat). I honestly think it should have been included with a $5,000 furnace anyway.

Electricians charge half of his discounted price to install that wire, including a new house call. The whole thing took 20 minutes. Talked to him about that and he came down to $250. Still too high.
