Garrett diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to order the new fan motor for this morning and came back and got us up and running in no time! Thanks Jessica and Garrett! Called Lifestyle out due to my heat not working (15 year old system). The old system was not worth repairing so they got me a new system installed extremely fast. Lifestyle Comfort Solutions has been caring for our aging HVAC for the last few years. They are always reliable, responsive and very friendly. We like them so much, we were happy to sign up for a service/maintenance plan. This morning, we woke up to find our central air out of service. Lifestyle Comfort Solutions worked us in for a same day service appointment. Malcolm got our AC back up and running within 45 minutes of arriving. Everyone associated with Lifestyle Comfort Solutions was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Lance, the service technician, went out of his way to be accommodating and explained in detail what the problem was and what needed to be done to repair it. He was very patient when dealing with an outside issue. Shelley (Office Service Dispatcher), too, was very friendly and understanding in dealing with this issue. After arriving home the other night my wife said I think there is something wrong with the furnace. It was set for 70 degrees but the thermostat indicated it was only 65 degrees. After a little investigation I found that the furnace wasn’t kicking on. I was very concerned because the outdoor temp was only in the teens. I called Lifestyle Comfort Solutions at 7 pm and they were at my house in about 30 minutes! I was greeted by a friendly tech named Keith. He quickly went to work and found the problem. It needed a part that he didn’t stock. He quickly tracked it down and drove clear across Dayton to pick it up at a supply house. He didn’t even hesitate to make the drive! What professionalism! Within an hour we had heat again! I highly recommend the team at Lifestyle Comfort Solutions! They truly care about you and your comfort!!!

I have had two experiences so far with Lifestyle Comfort Solutions. The first one was during the winter, and my heat had gone out. My home warranty company (Home Warranty of America), had been giving me the run around. A friend of mine recommended Lifestyle, and I could not have been more pleased. They were courteous, prompt and reasonably priced. And they came out the same day.
My second experience was a follow up maintenance visit, which was included in the 1-year package that I purchased. Lifestyle contacted me and setup the service call. I did not have to contact them. The service person arrived and he was courteous, he wore shoe booties (so as not to spread germs through my home), he arrived on time, he explained what my options were, and cost.

Professional service and staff. Robert came to do an estimate. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Our AC was not working well and they were able to accommodate our installation quickly in June when the weather was in the 80s. John and Keith came to install it. There were very efficient - hardly took any breaks. There were communicating and informing us all throughout the day. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would. I own a small business that puts technicians in homes and businesses and I wish they were as professional as Lifestyle technicians. From start to finish the entire experience was top-notch. The technician Brian came out and looked at my boiler and spent the time to do a through inspection and the time to explain what was needed to repair it. No tricks, no "extra" parts or service was offered. Brian was a great guy to talk to with a very good sense of humor. He is the most professional repair tech I have ever had work in my home. After a heating failure and an unrealistic estimate and a recommendation to replace the system from another company. Lifestyle Comfort Solutions professional, Malcolm F, evaluated the system and replaced only the part that was failing intermittently. Lifestyle Comfort Solutions will be our heating and cooling system professionals and will be the only company that will perform service on our system. They have earned our trust, and in the future, when I need to replace our system, Lifestyle Comfort Solutions will be our service provider.
