PL Mechanical

Everyone may not know this but PL has a plumbing side. The plumbers were very professional and friendly. I am a first time home owner and they made us feel at ease. I will continue to use PL Mechanical for all my needs.

My experience has been that PL Mechanical has integrity, is responsive and does solid work. I highly recommend them!

I would give them a "Quarter" point if an option!
We signed up with PL to do a complete plumbing system in the city of Dayton for our small business. The main owner (seemed like a good dude) came and bid on the job. We chose mechanical because it was the best value (we thought). The job was major (to us) and included engineering drawings. When the job started, the COO (co-owner) took over the project.
He was the most UNPROFESSIONAL person to work with. We ended up calling him the Quarter Million Dollar Guy because every time we had a request to get on the schedule or come fix something he would indicate: "I got Quarter Million Dollar projects (I don't have time for you)". Along the way they used unqualified person to install the toilets and had to send an "expert" to reset them!!! The plumbing in the basement actually looks like a spider web and nothing like the engineering drawings - I can't believe City of Dayton approved their work.
The straw that broke the back was his (the COO) response ("Unfortunately I I’m to busy for any extra work at this time"...) to a leak from the Backflow Preventer which is required by the code.
Later when we brought another plumber in to take a look, we also discovered the Expansion Tank that must also be installed with the Backflow Preventer was completely MISSING. The COO's response: "All inspection passed when they where done". Anyway the purpose of this post: IF YOUR PROJECT IS LESS THAN A quarter million dollar, HIRE SOME OTHER COMPANY.

Great service. Highly recommend this company. I won’t look for another plumber!
