Custom Air installed a new heating and cooling system for my downtown condo. The system is located in a difficult to access attic. Despite equipment delays caused by Covid, the team was professional and responsive. I'm very happy with my new unit.

From the first phone call to Makenzie, to Joe that diagnosed my problem, to Scott who explained all of my options, to Ben who found me a spot in the schedule, and to Corey and Sam who hooked up my new AC and thermostat, showed me how to program it and the easy maintenance needed. I had CustomAir install a new furnace after our basement flooded last month and ruined our old furnace. I really appreciated the fast turn around time from the salesman Scott, he quickly worked with my homeowners insurance to get the process going. I was very impressed by the installation crew Cory and Justin. They had their work cut out getting my ancient old furnace disassembled and removed. They were very careful with the dirty job of removal and used drop cloths. They remained so pleasant and courteous the entire day. There was another technician who arrived later to make sure start up went smoothly, which gave me peace of mind. The salesman even stopped by to ensure we were happy and that all went as planned. I won’t hesitate to call them back for any future needs or maintenance. Very happy with my new furnace!!

Installed a new HVAC and removed old one. Dave, a sales rep for Custom Air came out first, to help me decide on the system. He was AWESOME. I had Stanley Steemer out at the same time to give me an estimate to clean all of my HVAC ducts.

Dave managed to get me a discount with Stanley too! About 25% off! (Custom Air has a working relationship with Stanley Steemer).

Less than a week later, (24 hours before it got hot out), I have a brand new HVAC. AND IT IS FREEZING!!

Custom air has also come out and serviced my HVAC over the last 5 years also. And although I kept saying: “It’s broken I want a new HVAC.” They managed to calm me down & keep it going a little bit longer for me. (Especially the last 2 years). They are honest and do the right thing!!

I recently moved into my new house. I have used Custom Air in the past so I had them come out to check out my furnace in my new home. Greg performed his inspection and found extremely high levels of carbon monoxide. He had to shut off my furnace and of course it being one of the colder nights we had with no heat. They got me a meeting with Chris first thing the following morning. Before Chris even got here he had already checked to see if a new furnace could be put in the same day. Lucky for me they were. He checked to see what furnace I had and showed me different options. I selected the best one for me and he got going on his end with that. By noon Ryan, Justin and Abel showed up and started switching out the furnace. They were here a couple of hours and had the new furnace in and up and running. This was one of the best experience I have ever had with a company. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. They made this difficult situation so much easier. I have always had great experiences with Custom Air previously but this experience was above and beyond my best by far. Thank you, to all of you that made this possible. I needed an overhaul of my heating system ASAP. Chris from CA met with me on a weekend afternoon & went over the work that was necessary & specs with me. He was friendly & informative & listened to my needs. The installation crew, headed by Corey arrived 2 days later & worked diligently to install all the new components & thoroughly explain how use my new system. I appreciate all the CA employees’ efforts & definitely recommend them.

In February of 2021, we selected Custom Air Columbus to completely switch out our gas furnace and air conditioning unit (both were over 15 years old!). The Custom Air folks gave us a competitive and detailed quote for the labor and equipment. This work was performed in about 8 hours (wide-open basement and minimal duct work helped). The crew of Corey S., Mike F., and Able W. were fantastic! They worked out in the snow for the compressor side and in our basement without complaint. The finished product was phenomenal. All the little things, drain lines, vents, tape, etc., were all nice and neat. I don't know how they did it, but it seems like there is more space around the furnace than before (the furnace is about the same size). Most importantly, the new unit is running well, just in time for the snow and freezing temperatures we recently experienced. I would highly recommend Custom Air and will continue to use them for HVAC support.

Originally found them because of a home warranty included with our home purchase. This company was quick to return our calls on both occasions we’ve called. They have been thorough and knowledgeable in all of their services. Repaired/changed oil filter on our fuel oil furnace initially and recently installed a new propane furnace. All employees who have worked or consulted at our house are very considerate, professional, and wear masks the entire time. Highly recommend this company.

Custom air was extremely helpful. Our system went down all of a sudden and we got multiple quotes from other places which were astronomical in price. I called in on a Friday evening and Chris came out to my house Saturday morning to give me the estimate. He was very helpful and understanding of our situation. When the techs, Jake and Bolten arrived, they were very professional and helpful. They explained everything in detail and showed me how to work our new system. They explained our warranty through Custom Air as well as the warranty on each piece of new equipment. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you guys so much!
