I’ve known the leadership team at Custom Air for years and they have always been one of the absolute best HVAC service and installation companies in the Columbus metro area. When I needed to replace my twenty year old system there was no doubt who I was calling. Stellar crew, and superior performance from start to finish.

We had Custom Air install duct work and convert our range hood from re-circulating to external exhaust. The whole process went smoothly starting with excellent consultations with Scott and Cory. The installers arrived on time and completed their work in a timely, competent manner and left our kitchen as clean as they found it. I would certainly recommend this company.

Bobby Smith serviced our A/C today. He arrived early and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and explained the repair/replace options. Bobby's customer experience skills were outstanding. I would highly recommend Custom Air and Bobby.

Scott provided very thorough information that allowed me to.make an easy decision to go with Custom Air after checking with two other well known companies. He answered all my questions and provided three options that would meet my needs and budget.

Jake and Bolton were the installers who arrived on time, were friendly and very professional. They were very careful inside my home and in my flower bed. There were no materials or debris left behind. The guys showed me the new HVAC units and demonstrated how to use my new thermostat.

I chose Custom Air based off of their price, customer service, and professionalism. They gave me my estimate on the spot when they showed up to look at the job and came in several thousand dollars cheaper than the other 3 competitors. Scheduling the install was a breeze and very accommodating. The Installers showed up on time and were very professional throughout the day when faced with questions. I was very happy with the service this month from Custom Air. Chris answered all my questions as he provided estimate for a system to replace my ancient HVAC. I got a Bosch inverter heat pump for AC and mild heating, and a Goodman 96 percent variable speed dual stage furnace for cold days like the snow we have falling now here today. The new system has many nice features i know i will enjoy, and the installation was solid, clean and compact. I found their price to be competitively fair and the workers Justin and Corey were friendly and competent. I would recommend Custom Air to anyone who wants to receive quality service at a good price. It was refreshing to find this because I shopped around and heard some conflicting sales info and steep estimates from some other local firms.

The salesman was very detailed explaining the difference in 3 units he choose for me to make my decision. Very quick response received quote on Monday and installation was Wednesday.

Custom Air replaced our furnace (not an emergency repair). The salesperson was knowledgeable and answered all of my technical questions without pressure or upselling. The installation crew arrived within two days (but our upgrade was not an emergency job, I’m sure they would have arrived sooner if we needed them). The installation crew - Justin and Ryan - were on-time and extremely professional. I plan to use Custom Air in the future and highly recommend their services.

We needed a new AC & furnace. I spoke to Bonnie at Custom Air. She was very pleasant to speak to and she scheduled an appointment at a time that worked for me with Scott G to come out and give me an estimate. Scott arrived on time and was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and provided me with pricing of several options. No high pressure sales just solid options in a price range that worked for us, he even took care of the Columbia Gas rebate. Once we decided on the option he scheduled our installation date on a day that I wanted. Chris and Jake were our installers and they did a wonderful job. They put down drop clothes all through the house to keep the dirt to a minimum and got busy. They were very friendly to work with and didn't mind me hanging around. They had the old equipment out in no time and began setting the new equipment before lunch. Once everything was set they checked everything out then went over everything with the family. All of the work was completed in about 8 hours including having to run new exhaust vents for the furnace and their clean up. I don't normally like having people in to work on things in our home but everyone that I dealt with at Custom Air made this a great experience. I would highly recommend them to others.
