Custom Air was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our 27 year old furnace was on it's last leg and their service team did a great job keeping it running (two service calls) before we finally bought a replacement. Never felt any pressure to buy something unnecessary when I was getting quotes for the new system. When they did finally install the new furnace, they were quick, thorough and friendly. I even had some concerns about some whistling noises after they had left and they came back out to address my concerns, no questions asked. Very impressed with this company, I would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work.

Pete Bonzo came out and explained the process of buying a new unit and advised me on whether the time was now to replace or not. Great honesty and integrity!!! Highly recommend Pete and Custom Air. I did have another company come out and Peter was head and shoulders more competitive over the other quote

Custom Air installed a new HVAC system at my home. They sent someone to my house the day I called for a quote, and the sales rep, Pete, was extremely helpful and responsive. He was honest about what features I did and did not need and helped me choose the best system for my home. Later, when my first equipment choice was unavailable from the factory, he worked to get me an excellent alternate equipment. He also scheduled the installed in a reasonable time-frame.

The install team (Corey S and Jake R) was friendly, professional, and helped me understand differences between my old and new system. They showed up on time, were mindful of my home, and did the job relatively quickly. I would be happy to have them come back anytime to do maintenance work.

Overall, I am happy with the cost of the job and the quality of work and would recommend Custom Air to any of my friends in the Columbus area.

Terrific customer service and reasonable priced. Blower motor was ordered last week and as soon as the part was in they were out the next day .

This company was recommended by a friend when needing to replace a failing 35 year old furnace/ac system. From first contact, all the employees were wonderful. Scott came to our home, answered all our questions and provided several options for a new system. No pressure to sale, just the information we needed to make an informed decision (he encouraged us to talk to other companies to compare products!). A week later after talking to other companies, we chose CA and contacted Scott who took care of everything. Sam and Mike arrived on time and didn’t stop till our system was installed, totally ignoring the rain and 90 degree temperatures. They clearly had a work routine down and jumped right in (never saw them take a break in the 8 hours they were here). They took pride in their work and went above and beyond to make sure our systems were installed properly and that we knew how to work our new digital thermostat. We are very happy with our new system and this company. They were honest with old fashioned values about what we needed and didn’t need, treated us like family. Highly recommend!

Our A/C stopped working. We called Custom Air on Tuesday afternoon. A service technician came to check it out early Wednesday morning. It was determined that our 19 year old unit needed replaced. A sales technician came the same day at noon and went over all our options and prices with us that best fit our needs for our square footage. Our new A/C was installed and working the following Monday. We received a discount for being a repeat customer. Custom Air had replaces our furnace a feed years ago and checked out our A/C too. At the time they determined it was working good and we didn't need to spend the money on a new then. It was great honest service and gave us a few more years without spending money on the new unit. The service technicians were knowledgeable and very efficient. We would highly recommend Custom Air Conditioning to anyone needing any kind of service or new air conditioner or furnace. We are very satisfied!

Purchase a Goodman Hvac system from CustomAir. Justin and Austin did the install they did a awesome job very professional there workmanship and knowledge was clear a precise. Was disappointed that they couldn't install the humidifier l didn't have enough room for it .customerair is a good company to work with. Thank you Justin and Austin for all your hard work
