We are in the process of remodeling our new home and needed to replace the furnace and central air in it. Chris came out for the initial estimate and was on time, professional, and took the time to go over several options with us. When we had the new system install Chris also did the installation along with Jacob. They were both great. Very friendly, completed the installation efficiently and explained how the system worked in an easy to understand manner. We were highly satisfied with our experience.

With 38 years working in HVAC design, I know a bit about equipment, installation and pricing. I have actually worked with Custom Air on commercial projects. Everyone involved was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, from Scott the estimator, to installers Bobby and Corey who are true craftsmen. They replaced my entire system beautifully under less than ideal space restrictions. Super satisfied.

Very nice guys , gave all the information and also recommended what type and brand of furnace, a/c and hot water tank would be needed as per our house size. Mr.Scott all 5 stars to make this happen giving us the correct information and the installers Cody and Justine very nice and cool guys came on time install all my 3 units , check them multiple times and also run the test run and after making me satisfied with the units working properly they left. They installed and clean all the worked area and explained all the instructions. Made me feel as if they are installing in their own home. And thanks to Mr. David for that extra discount. Very grateful for the fast, clean, effective work on a very cold evening to replace my dead furnace. Corey and Ryan were a great team and their willingness to work well into the evening spared my family very cold night. They worked hard and fast, explained the new hardware clearly, and even did a last-minute fix on a problem that wasn't directly associated the install they came to do. Plus, my dog loved them. Highly recommended.

Dave did a great job informing us of our options to replace the air conditioning or air conditioning and furnace. Once we made out decision it was scheduled very quickly. Gregg and Dan were the installers and they did a great job. They were great in showing me the options on the new thermostat and other areas of the HVAC. Nice people, good service of physical HVAC units. Struggling to get the Honeywell Redlink service working right to manage our 17 thermostats online. After many attempts, the thermostats all seem to register, but we get Change Failure Notice 80% of the time from attempts to manage them from the online portal. Still hoping for resolution, they are working with us.

The company was great to work with from start to finish. They had a good price, good warranty and everyone is top notch. Have already recommended them to other people. I had my AC installed yesterday and the city passed the inspection today.

They did a great job replacing our air conditioner. They were very responsive to our call. They came to our house and went over several options to replace the unit. After we selected the option, they schedule to replace the unit within a few days. They installation team showed up on time and did a great job replacing it
