We recently purchased a home and found several issues with the A/C system. The drip line leaked and ruined part of the ceiling, then another leak appeared directly under the unit and caused more damage. Because the previous owners had a maintenance contract with AMG for the past five years, we called them. The service tech could find nothing wrong and blew out the line with CO2, stating all was well. What he didn't find was that the drip line was cracked and running uphill before back down and out. The unit wasn't even sitting on the drip pan, and was leaking directly onto the ceiling, soaking the insulation. Cold air returns weren't even hooked up to ductwork. For five years this company has been servicing this unit and they never noticed any of this? Stay away!!

I am a fellow contractor who loves working with AMG for their underground needs. Nothing but professionalism has been my experience.

Most recently, we worked with Paul to do the underground portion of a waterline service install. True professional. Looking forward to the next phone call and working with AMG!

I just hired AMG to work with me at my business over the past few days, where they worked on HVAC and Electric issues in these initial visits. They were professional in setting up and testing the initial HVAC units (I had 3 units with issues). I love them because they are diagnostically driven, very good at explaining what they did and why and professional in their interactions. Two of the three units are fixed and the problem has been clearly identified in the third unit and they have already discussed options with me and are putting together alternative plans. I have worked with MANY companies (HVAC, plumbing and electric) over the last 15 years. In this particular case (HVAC), multiple companies did not do what AMG did. I have finally found my partner that I can trust to do things right. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Chris, everyone here appreciated your efforts.

8 months ago I had them put in a walkin freezers that cost 15000 and today it is junk I've had a bad experience with them from day one I've had another guy look at my unit and said they wired it up direct instead of going to the fuse panel probably the reason it doesn't work

Navid did an excellent job repairing the furnace. I would highly recommend AMG and Navid for anybody looking for an extremely positive experience and timely service.

If I could I would give no stars! They waste time and don’t fully correct problems so they can over bill you or the insurance company! Do not use
