If you need to get a new furnace you don't need to look anywhere else but here! We needed a new furnace after our old one was on its last legs after 16 years.

I met with representatives from 3 different companies (Logan and Atlas Butler were the other two). Custom Air provided the most options and by far the best prices. Our sales rep, Chris, was responsive, informative, helpful, and professional. He gave us a detailed breakdown of three different options with pricing, warranties, quality, etc. Even the most expensive option Custom Air quoted us on a high efficiency American Standard furnace with an excellent warranty came in at $1,000 less than the best offers from the other companies I met with!

The installation was quick and easy. Everyone I worked with at this company was helpful, polite, and professional. Our new furnace works and looks great, and we could not be happier with the service, the equipment, or the pricing. FIVE STARS!!

For some unknown reason, the ductwork in my 70 year old house collapsed into my utility room last week. Scott Haring and 2 technicians from Custom Air had everything fixed by Monday! The job entailed installing all new duct work and repairing the furnace which was damaged by the collapse. Amazing and professional job by Custom Air as always!

Scott was honest, polite and very personable in giving us an estimate to replace our old heating & a/c system. The install was scheduled quickly. The two young men that did the work were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. They took great care in keeping our home clean. After the install (and during) they answered questions and took the time to educate us on the new system. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Wow! We had the absolute Best experience with custom air! Dave was our sales person and he did an amazing job. He was so attentive and was willing to find ways to help us save and treated us like family! Our maintenance worker Chad was also very upfront with us about our issues and was willing to provide great advice. The installation of the entire HVAC system went so smoothly and I felt very comfortable with them being in my home! They were very responsive and professional. I’m so glad that I was able to go with customer air!

100% recommend Custom Air! Chad/Technician was great and explained all the repairs needed before I chose to replace my 21 year old furnace and 23 year old AC. Cory was so kind and spent extra time with me going over my furnace and AC options. Chad and Jacob arrived promptly for instalation day, completed the job, explained details on furnace, AC and thermostat and hauled out the old systems. Overall a wonderful team of employees. We contacted Custom Air to replace an old air conditioner that had stopped working and I was extremely pleased with their service from sales to installation. Dave helped us pick out a system that would work for our family budget and did not try to pressure us into anything we couldn’t afford, but was instead very accommodating and helpful to find us a good quality system that fit our needs and price range. Our installers were extremely clean with their work, and asked me multiple times about any questions I had and showed and explained the components of our new system after installation. I am very pleased with the quality and value provided by Custom Air and will absolutely use their services for future HVAC needs.

OJ was sent to look at our AC unit for annual check up. On time and helpful answering questions. Will continue using.

The Custom Air team was extremely helpful, friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable as well. Scott was our sales rep and he did a comprehensive review of our current air conditioning and heater system before recommending how to move forward. He did a great job at explaining our options and getting us additional information when asked. On installation day, without having to ask, the install team (Eli & Ryan) used shoe covers and drop cloths in the work areas inside the home. They introduced themselves and explained the process before starting and tested everything at the end. Overall we were very happy with the experience.
