Update: They finally returned my call. Hopefully have someone out here by 3pm. I will update after this.

I've been in the hospital all week and returned to no heat and freezing temps. I spoke to a very nice lady on Thursday 11/17 and she tried her best to get me on the schedule given my circumstance. A tech was supposed to come here yesterday (Friday 11/18) between 2-6pm. Nothing. No call, no show. At this point it's too late to call anywhere else without getting charged extra. I left a message with the answering service to be passed on. It is now 11:15am Saturday and no one has called me. I tried calling, but it just rings. I can't afford weekend rates somewhere else, so I will just continue to freeze. The customer service from the woman was exceptional, but the rest was a huge let down as a first time customer. It's better I know now that they didn't take accountability for missing my time block or the fact I'm disabled and freezing and now stuck until Monday to find a place.
