I have an annual service agreement with Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning. I'm very pleased with the servicing of both my furnace and air conditioner. Sam is very prompt, as well as knowledgeable about both systems, and does a fantastic job during every service visit.

The technician was clearly familiar with the furnace motor, and he identified and fixed the problem quickly. I have had an annual inspection contract with Dixie Heating & Air Conditioning and several installations of new equipment. I have never had a bad experience with them. It is a relief to know I don't have to worry that part of my life being well taken care of.
