The furnace blower fan motor went out on our Ducane. Our tech, Jason, was amazing. He kept in contact with me about the part (which had to be ordered), called each time when he was on his way to the house and even showed up early to accommodate our work schedules. Jason was personable, professional and his work was outstanding. I highly recommend Comfortworks (and Jason) and will absolutely use them again should the need arise.

I had comfortworks come out to provide their $89 checkup service. The technician was nice and performed the service. He shared there were no issues and he cleaned/blew out the cords/pipes. Now I had no issues prior to the service but just thought I would have it checked. Now my furnace is making this ungodly loud noise/sound after their service. I called back to share this and was told a technician was on a call but would call me back for sure - it’s 28 hours later and NO one has called, sent a telegram, text, a message in a bottle - nothing. I call backed today and they had NO record of my call. WOW!!!

I will NEVER EVER call any other HVAC company but Comfortworks. I had a furnace problem and called the company figuring it might take a day or two. Heck no...someone was here within 30 minutes of my call. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. Don't expect service that quick...I've dealt with them before and they did show up the same day. I was IMPRESSED !!

Highly recommend. Just had a new Lennox heat pump installed. I had three companies come out to give me quotes and this company beat the others. The installer was great. A few days after the installation, I received a thank you card and a gift from the company for choosing to do business with them.

I was given The name of this company from a friend who works from a local high-end bathroom install as a reliable good company to use. I called them to do a smaller job for me .They set up an appointment and had somebody come out for an estimate and when he left he said it would be a couple of days until I got my estimate. Three weeks later, and three phone calls from me later, I still have not gotten an estimate. Every time I call there is some kind of run around, blame, excuse for why they haven’t given me an estimate. I get that it’s a small job, and if they don’t wanna do it, they should at least have the integrity to call me back instead of ghosting me. It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will never use this company
