The website was easy to navigate. The phone line made it easy to schedule an appointment. I saw a photo of my technician before he arrived. Mike H. was professional and courteous while he explained the issues my 17 year old HVAC system has. We arranged to schedule a free quote on replacement before he left my property. I look forward to working with this business again.

Upstairs air conditioning unit was not functioning. The heat was getting unbearable and I called CJS to set up an appointment two days prior. Technician arrived the next day first thing in the morning and was punctual and spent ample time diagnosing the problem. Turned out the indoor evaporator coil was leaking and needed replaced along with new refill of refrigerant. He gave me 3 options and told me the repair could be done as soon as next day.

I called the customer service once I reviewed my options and decided to go with the medium tier solution. She took down my information and started working to get me processed in the system. She also put a reminder on her calendar to circle back with me by the end of the day. She not only remembered to call me back but she also verified everything was done properly from my end and the system end.

Repair technician came out today once again extremely punctual and right on time. Immediately started the work and took about a half day complete along with another technician. He tested the system afterwards from outside and at my request came inside again and tested as well. Saw everything was working properly. He was very nice to speak with and knowledgeable throughout the process. This technician came out both days and I have no complaints. Overall great work by CJS.

I had a wonderful experience with CJS when the heating broke down. Charles and Jonathan came out the same day that my furnace stopped working. They were thorough in their explanation of the issues and presenting the necessary repairs. They looked at the weather with me and provided information about how the house cools, so I could make a decision about whether to brave the cold or book a hotel with my dog. They offered space heaters, but I was able to borrow my own. The parts were shipped in quickly. Although not all the parts were in yet, Jonathan and Jamison came early in the morning to install the available parts and were able to get the heat going without the missing part. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of the different repairs. I felt very comfortable inviting them into my home and my dog enjoyed the visit. Overall, it was a great service, good communication, no scheduling issues, and my heat is back!

Justin was very pleasant. He showed me all the adjustments he made to my furance/AC door. He also sealed a space between the furnace and humidifier unit. Very neat and picked up after himself. Never knew he was here

Jamison did a good job and was very nice. I give him high marks for service. I was not happy with the woman who scheduled my appointment because I requested a box of furnace filters and told her the specific size in my records. Wrong size specified and sent. I also asked for them to bring a filter replacement for humidifier and that request was not relayed either. So I was very happy with the technician and not happy with scheduling information accuracy.

The experience starts with talking to a live person (rare these days) who is pleasant and accommodating in scheduling your service. You get alerted when your service tech is on their way - a photo so you know who will be knocking on your door. They provide a window during which you can expect the tech to arrive and communicate when there is any deviation. The techs are always courteous and respectful of your house - wearing booties to cover their shoes, for example. When the service is completed, you'll receive a thorough explanation of the work done and the incoming invoice. No surprises which I appreciate. Charles has been working with us for a while now and it's nice to have continuity and familiarity with our furnace issues.

Great company and technicians. Judson took care of our semi-annual HVAC maintenance and suggested other services, but did not try to push those services on us. He was very courteous and respectful of our space and time. Definitely recommended.
