CJS Heating and Air

So far everything has went well. I've not had a problem with my furnace or air conditioner yet. I just got inspection on furnace two days ago. The gentleman who arrived was very nice and actually picked up my over turned trash can and put all the trash back in it for me. That was above and beyond nice. He was very upbeat neat and punctual. He answered all my questions . Very nice company so far. I have read a lot of negativity I find some hard to believe. So far I would recommend them for new instlations.I just had my new air conditioning checked 41520 . It went just as well as the furnace inspection. I was well pleased with every one involved with the new inspection as before. Thank you CJS. 10/20/20 just had my first year furnace inspection for the winter months. Angela, you did a great job. I still recommend CJS. 6/6/2022. Great job always CJS. Technician, She was outstanding, She is from the Dayton area and was great. Did her job extremely well and timely. She kept me informed on all systems and what went wrong. Repaired all. She was neat,cleaned after what was repaired and waited to make sure all was in working order before leaving. Thanks again. 9/23/2022 Great Service as usual. I did not expect anything else from CJS. They did all on time and diligently. Thanks again. 1/20/2023 all was great as usual. Judaon was a great technician and explained what he preformed and why. Very likable person. He's a keeper. My furnace and AC your company installed is great.6/13/2023 Had surge protector installed on AC System and had summer start up inspection done. Thanks Mike. All is still great with CJS company. Always on time, neat, clean,and nice people 👍.

Charles and Joe were professional, on time and figured out my problem quickly.

Quickly identified problem, and was able to repair on spot. Showed me the problem part. Provided with me repair options and estimate. Was able to schedule me to meet with company representative to review my options. Again provided me with estimate on the spot. This was all done in my home. Suggested I should have AC assessed since it was same age as furnace. Technician returned the same evening I am completely overwhelmed with the level of service I was provided. Unfortunately this may be my last encounter with them as the units they install will have longevity Highly recommend without reservations

Charles is willing to answer any questions (and I usually have a variety)! I appreciate the info he provides as it helps me to better understand problems that need attention.

We have always had a great experience with CJS. Always on time and courteous. I have never had the feeling I was trying to be sold on something. They were able to diagnose, order, and replace our failed A/C unit in just a few days. Other places had a week wait or more. They will be our go to anytime we have HVAC needs.

Started out as a bad situation of miscommunication where I gave the go ahead on the phone for any repair but they came and left the tenant home by just diagnosing the problem, even when I had mentioned to go ahead with any repair that was needed and they say they were unable to get hold of me to get verbal approval After conversation with the kind technician in the evening, he made arrangements to come out the next day and took care of the problem.

My whole experience with CJS was amazing. From the first person that came out to look at it, to Angala and Jud who came out to fix, or try to fix it. Then there was Sabrina who helped walk me through the new unit installation choices, and finally Josh and Josh who came to install the system. Every last one of these individuals were professional, on time, clean, and extremely helpful. CJS is a truly fantastic company and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks everyone.

Charles was my technician today and he was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable, and overall genuine person to come out to help us when we've been sweltering in the heat without ac for a week. He made sure to explain everything in layman's terms so I could actually understand, was very thorough and answered questions we had. He also was so kind and even spoke with me about my flowers for a bit! Sometimes having someone you don't know come do work in your house is daunting but Charles really made it feel like I'd known him forever. Couldn't recommend this company or Charles personally more. Very happy we chose this company over the others!
