Jamison Vickers was the technician that came to check out our steam humidifier that was not working properly. He determined it needed to be replaced and would follow up. Jameson, the technician who came to my house, was fantastic. He told me exactly what needed to be fixed, got the parts, made the repair and then stayed to make sure it went through a heat cycle so that we would have heat again.

My only negative comments are that the soonest they were able to get me in was the next day, causing us to go a second night without heat in our house. They also only texted 1 of the 2 numbers on our account. Had my husband not had a moment to text me, I would not have known that the technician was on his way and I may have missed my appointment because of needing to take my children to school. A phone call or message to both numbers would have made this easier on us.

CJS technicians are good. He made some adjustments to the system that probably should have been done on install. I do not care for the upsell EVERY time they visit. I am on a monthly payment plan for maintenance. I heard that they are now going to start charging a Inflation Surcharge fee. If that happens I will not be happy at all. My son in law sell HVAC systems in another state and he has never heard of inflation surcharge.

Tyler Kingsbury gave us a quote when it was determined that our furnace needed to be replaced. Tyler explained the entire process and gave us a great quote for the new furnace. He went above and beyond in making sure our new furnace was sized correctly for our home. He answered all our questions. We were very impressed with Tyler and his professionalism. I would highly recommend him and CJS.

We have a Lennox heating system that quit on us in the middle of winter. After many different misfire codes they were able to fix it. The tech who serviced us was not only courteous but went above and beyond to trouble shoot our problems. Good communication and great work! Definitely trust them to service in the future. Also the discount service program they offer for $20 a month is well worth it. Saved us over $200!
