Apex Plumbing, Heating, and Air Pros

I had a problem with the air conditioner and contacted Apex on Friday night. They sent someone out on Saturday and he was a great individual. Friendly, nice, smart and did a great job in repairing my unit. If I have a need in the future, I will be contacting Apex. Sorry I don’t remember the individuals name. I have a short memory and I am terrible with names.

Dan and his assistant (whose name I have forgotten) were very personable and very professional. The work was done quickly. They even looked at a jammed garbage disposal for me at no extra charge. Extremely satisfied. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Brian arrived on time. He followed cleanliness procedure before entering my home. Went over what I needed done. He took pictures before giving me an estimate. He gave me options to complete the job.
What I liked is the two things that I needed were listed separately.
After giving Brian the go ahead, he went over the scope of the job, again.
I then signed the contract and submitted the funds.
It was easy to talk with Brian. I felt like I was with an old friend.
The area he was working at was clean and ready for me to install the Toilet.
If I ever needed plumbing work again, I will request Brian.
My only issue was the cost of the job.

Chandler provided excellent service. His experience and knowledge helped him to quickly find and resolve the issue. He explained the different options I had and once a decision was made fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire Apex Pros, specifically Chandler again!

What a joke of a company. 2 hours late to an appointment and then quoted $6300 to pull a well pump up to fix a broken wire. Feel horrible for the people you rip off. Someone has to pay for the fancy graphics on the side of the trucks and the IPads. Thanks for wasting my day while I sat around waiting for you to show up.

Response to owner: highly trained techs? The tech wanted to try to hand pull a well pump that hangs at 300 feet. Another company came out the following morning and the pump was pulled, wires replaced, and reinstalled in 2 hours start to finish. By the way my bill was $1300 total, so you really think you’re worth $5,000 more than that 😂😂😂That’s convenient you say you can’t find me in your system. If you would like I can screen shot and show the phones calls and duration of calls to remind you. Don’t try to lie your way out of a bad review, it’s bad enough you’re a thief, don’t lie as well.

Chandler was prompt and professional. Took care of the project very quickly and allowed me to move on with my own project. Would recommend Apex and Chandler for anyone. Great job! Thank you!!

Called at nearly 9 pm the night before and got service by 10 am the next day. Brandyn, the team member who performed work, explained the issue and solution clearly and without any sell. He was able to put in a fix the same day within the timeframe he specified. Competent and courteous guy. Couldn’t be happier. Good company, too. Recommend.

Jason at Apec plumbing did a very complete and professional job for me for my bathroom repair/plumbing installation. He was on time, smiling, polite, friendly. He explained all the steps that were needed and then some. I would highly recommend his work and this company if you have any plumbing needs in your house. His card is now placed on my refrigerator for easy access next time!

6/5/2023 Logan Marks came out to check out a plumbing issue. Ceiling leak as a result of a jetted tub. Logan was thorough on his assessment and determined it was not the plumbing but 98% sure it was the tub jets of which I will need to look into.
He was very professional, informative, and made sure to contact scheduling so that I could be scheduled for an HVAC tube up.

6/6/2023 Bill Darby and his assistant(forgot his name) did a great job! They were prompt and professional. Any question I had Bill answered in detail. He seemed very knowledgeable about his profession. Based on the service received so far. I would use this company again.

Woke up to a major gas leak had to shut off gas. After 2 days of calling warranties and plumbers out my landlord was able to get apex out here. Chris Welch was the technician that responded. I informed him i had been without gas for 3 days and had a newborn in the house. He was honest saving my landlord $600 and got started as soon as he got the green light. He was very professional and and informative on the issues and what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend apex for any plumbing needs.
