Jason replaced the waterline to my refrigerator’s ice maker, replaced valves, and did a thorough check of the plumbing in my house. He was professional and friendly. I would definitely hire him again!

My experience has been a nightmare that’s lasted over 3 months and keeps getting worse. April 16th I had them out to replace my upstairs bathroom faucet under the home warranty. Job was completed and then 3 days later I come downstairs to water coming out of my ceiling. I called Apex and they got someone there pretty quickly and I learned that the guy that replaced the faucet didn’t tighten a water line. To their credit they did get All Phase restoration out the same day to start the drying process. 8 days later after everything was dry, they told me that the construction crew would be in contact to set up a time to repair the damage to the drywall and ceiling . Fast forward to July 21st after the lame duck construction crew gave me the run around for 3 months- they finally come to install the vanity in the bathroom-they got it in but again left everything else unfinished. I come downstairs this morning and surprise surprise there’s water coming out of my ceiling under the vanity they just put in yesterday. The nightmare basically starts all over again. During this process I’ve had to reach out to Apex after never getting a follow up unless I call first. No owner or manager has ever reached out on their own, until this morning when the situation became unbearable and I had to call again. If the situation somehow gets rectified I will update my review to let people know. Until then please beware of what you’re getting into with this company. 2nd picture is from April, first and last are from today, the nightmare is getting worse.

Jason was great. He gave us options on the repair and even helped me move some things around that wasn’t in his job description. He was very friendly and professional. Jason was in and out in about an hour. Great service!

Apex in general was fantastic. I called in the morning and before I was home from work, my water heater was replaced. Daniel was awesome and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Shawn did a great job! Explained what was happening. He was professional and courteous!! He didn’t rush me in making a decision. He took his time answering all my questions so I could understand. Chris is very friendly! I will ask for him the next time I need work done.

Chris Welch was fantastic! He came out within an hour of me calling, explained everything to me and then fixed everything! The price wasn’t bad either. Highly recommend!
