Anthony was great! He came out on time and provided a comprehensive service. I felt like he was taking care of a family members house- taking his time, making sure everything was covered and dealt with care. He was not pressuring for service and gently walked us through all concerns and options. I would highly recommend and will be back again!

I was amazed that Bob, Shannon and the crew got the job done so quickly and efficiently, especially given the enormous excavation that Badger hydrodiggers had to make. The entire crew was pleasant and friendly, and it was remarkable how they functioned as a team, each member seeming to know what the other members needed next. They all showed good problem-solving skills. These guys are top drawer and I could not be any happier with the work they did.

Jonathan Mickley did a great job for us. He came prepared with a new faucet but before he installed it he ran it by me. The one he had was nice but could not be hooked up to our dishwasher so Jonathan immediately went and got a different faucet that would work. He noticed both the trap and incoming water pipes were also leaking so he offered to fix everything and we agreed to go ahead with all repairs. Very nice and personable young man. Very neat and clean work. Demonstrated how everything worked. Provided faucet paperwork. Told me there is a one year guarantee and just call if any problems. Overall great experience. Price seemed sort of high but this was the first repair in 30 years so it was worth it.

Tommy and Carter both were A+. Called Apex this morning and they came right out. Not only were they personable and polite, they were knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed go be done. It was kinda a tricky situation and they completely solved the problem. They left the work area spotless and I am thrilled. I highly recommend APEX - their service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable . I would use them again and again.

Chris was very nice, clean and informative. Service was quick. I am very happy with today's visit. He enjoyed it because he serviced the oldest water tank in his career (1979)! Thanks Apex for a great experience.

There was a little confusion with original appointment window. I spoke with customer service, the issue was immediately resolved and a service tech arrived within 30 minutes. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, honest and able to resolve our plumbing concern. Would definitely recommend Apex Plumbing and will not hesitate to call again in the future. Very pleased with the service we received.

I’m very pleased with both Apex and the technicians that worked on the repair and service of my air conditioning units. Thomas, with an assist from Bill, did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues, recommending cost-saving solutions & value-add products, and completing the work in a professional and timely manner. Jason Martinez was our Service Pro and our experience with Apex was great! We were able to easily schedule our appointment and get someone to our home to fix our issue in less than 24 hours. Jason was on time, friendly and answered all of our questions before we agreed to the service. He did a great job, fixed the problem properly and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Jason was truly a pleasure to work with and very personable compared to some of the service folks we’ve dealt with in the past. Highly recommend!!

He replaced the outdoor spigot and put a new shut off valve, explained how to use and it looks great! Very professional and got his work done with quality and quickly! Will use them again! Jason was great!
