UPDATE!!!!!!!! 3/13/2023 Apex reached out to me through their customer service line they said they would. They apologized for the experience I had did everything they could to help me, and for a company to keep their word, it goes a long way with customer base. To that I give them five stars. Unfortunately to repair flange I had to pay $553 with the country having high inflation I understand their prices.

I work for an apartment complex located on the west side Columbus. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Apex Pros. Customer Service was excellent. Called in got an appointment right away. The technician that was assigned to my job was named Jason Martinez. First he gave me 3 different quotes of $553, $989, $4216. To repair the toilet flange $553, replace $989 and remove and replace the concrete floor $4216. He cut the plastic flange in two pieces and put a $12 metal repair kit on top. He did not have any supply with him. He bought the supply from the local Home Depot on broad street. He was very unprofessional, while on the job her answered his phone and made plans and cursed in front of the resident repeatedly use foul language. Did not finish the job and had to come back next morning said he would be back at 8am. Returned in the morning an hour late at 9 am and proceed to tell me he’s a licensed professional, and he knows what he’s doing and I have no idea what it takes to be a plumber. Being a maintenance man for the property I did not one time question his expertise level. Overall my tech was not good at all. I changed the flange myself and fixed the problem myself. Waste of time and money. Our apartment complex and other buildings we own will be going with eco plumbers next time.

We had a cracked tile in a 100-year-old house we own. Sewage was backing up. The only fix was to excavate and replace about 12 feet of sewage pipe. Apex matched the best bid we had for the work and were able to schedule the work much more quickly than we'd expected. The crew was friendly and professional and did a great job. We hope never to have another problem like this one but, if we do, we'll be happy to call Apex Pros again.

We moved into our house yesterday and discovered we had some plumbing issues that needed immediate attention. Blake took the time to inspect and investigate all issues and then explained everything to me before he started the job. He was thorough, quick, and professional. I have a water heater job that needs to be taken care of soon and I will definitely call and request that he’s the one who handles my the job. These guys are great and I’m glad I called them first.

Chandler was totally on top of everything. Very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family plus will ask for him explicitly in the future if ever needed again. Thanks APEX and Chandler!

Apex Plumbing was on the job before we even gave them the job. They provided expert information and prompt customer service, maintaining communication every step of the way during our shopping for a good deal.

Shawn, their service technician arrived on time, was pleasant and very professional and diligent about matters throughout the entire process. After the job was done, he gave great tips on recurrence prevention (clogged pipes) that we found to be quite helpful and will activate immediately.

His work was top notch and left us as very satisfied customers. I will definitely be calling on him/them should any other needs present themselves that fit within the parameters of their services.

He's only been gone a few minutes, but he's made our day before it's truly begun.

Excellent installation, service and follow-up. I worked with Dusty Crosby to quote and schedule the job. He was very accommodating and diligent through the entire process. I got the price I wanted and the tankless unit I wanted. Andi Taraj and the install team worked tirelessly to complete this job in one afternoon. As with most projects of this size you run into issues either expected or unexpected. Dusty was always quick to make it right by me and as fast as he could. I really appreciated the focus on doing it right opposed to just getting it done and moving on. The Apex team did a great job and I would recommend them for your tankless water heater install.

Justin C. was prompt and on time. We had questions on different projects and he took the time to review our options and what was best for us. Once we decided on what we wanted done Justin explained the process in great detail and let us know an estimated time. He executed on all the tasks, projects were completed to extreme satisfaction, and left the work areas clean. Justin was great to work with and will be requesting him again for future needs.

We are very satisfied Apex Plumbing customers. We had both our sewer and water mains replaced running from the house out to almost the road. Todd Stewart from sales came out for a free estimate and gave us a quote right then and there. He took time addressing all of our questions and concerns and even got us on the schedule for a start date. Robert Whitney led the way for the outside crew with the backhoe. He was efficient and did an excellent job digging out the pathway for the new lines and replacing the dirt when the lines were in. The crew even raked out the grass to help resettle the lawn. The company as a whole was very organized. We received a text message with a photo, the name of the foreman, and the time window they would arrive within for each crew every morning before they came. They also knew exactly how long the job would take and within the hour of them getting the lines in, the city showed up for their pre-scheduled inspections which they passed with flying colors. We also have a crew working on rough plumbing inside the house led by David Good. They have all been very professional. They walked the house with us and then explained the process before they started. They will finish within a few days but everything looks great so far. When I commented that they ran the water lines so straight, they smiled and said they did it by using a laser! We are impressed!!!! Thank you Apex team!!!!!

Justin and Abdul did a great job installing our new toilet. They were on time and the install was quick and seamless! Both were very nice and professional. Justin also explained some maintenance that would be helpful down the road. Thank you for fitting us in your schedule so quickly!

Drew was absolutely everything you'd want when having plumbing issues.
He was very thorough in explaining everything he did in a precise and detailed manner.
If/when my family EVER has a plumbing issues going forward, we wouldn't dare want to call anyone other than APEX ..."They know what they're doing."
