Mike came out to our home and was very thorough with his inspection of our furnace. I can see he takes great pride in his work and I feel confident that we received the best cleaning possible for our appliance. Thank you!

I was very please with how Schibi handled the situation. I had no heat. It was on a Sunday. Nate came hoping to repair the furnace but the motor had died. The furnace was too old to find a replacement motor. Nate went out of his way to get it set up for me to get a new furnace. Larry and Michael came Monday morning. They couldn't finish everything but made sure I had heat before they left. They came back Tuesday morning to finish the job. Both Larry and Michael were very neat. They went out of their way to make sure everything was good before they left. I had turned my water off so the pipes wouldn't freeze. They turned the water back on for me and checked all the faucets. Larry, Michael, and Nate were extremely polite. They seemed to really care.

We called for a problem with our furnace and were greeted professionally and courteously. The next day Mike S. arrived as scheduled and serviced the furnace and explained everything so that we understood the situation. He made suggestions that will help us in the future. We appreciate his professional attitude and knowledge.

I had Schibi out to look at an icing coil - Andy offered options, thoughts, etc and at no point do I feel like he was trying to push a big repair on me. He did a great job explaining what was done, I will use them again.

My partner & I are new homeowners & we called Schibi Heating & Cooling to come out, assess the current HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, and just kind of touch base/get a better understanding of what we have, how to operate maintain, etc... Schibi scheduling (say that 5x fast!) was simple! Called up >> talked to a human >> quick to get an appt >> they took background on the makes/models we have at the house so they could show up more prepared. Seriously, everything you'd want! Received communication the night before/morning of about the technicians arrival time/etc... He was 1 min early! Masks were worn. Felt safe, friendly, & professional. Questions were encouraged, explanations were clear. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be going with SCHIBI for our yearly maintenance & (cross-fingers) any unplanned HVAC emergencies. My furnace died on a Sunday, i was fortunate enough that they had one in stock and they had the new one installed the following day, by 11 am. It was very cold outside and temp inside dropped to low 40's. They have always been professional, fair and responded quickly.

Technician Mike came out right away when our furnace went out. It was the blower/motor that went out, he was very professional and fixed the problem right away. I recommend Schibi Heating & Cooling for all your furnace needs. Very reasonable rates.
