Schibi Heating and Cooling

I have a service agreement with them for my home. Mike S. Has been the technician to come out to my home each time. He is thorough, professional and informative. He always makes a curtesy call when he is on his way, which I greatly appreciate. I have been happy with my decision to use Schibi! Thanks!

Yesterday Mike S performed the annual maintenance on our AC unit. He was on time, courteous, and sensitive to our concerns about covid. He explained everything that was done, making sure we understood why it was needed. I have used Schibi for over 30 years and have always found them to be completely professional and only doing what is needed (i.e., only doing what they would do, if it was their home). I highly recommend both Schibi Heating and Mike.

Last week our capacitor went out, through recommendation we were told to call after 5 minutes we were set for an appointment and first thing the next morning Micheal came out I gave a brief explanation of the problem and he took care of all our needs!!! I will definitely use them in the future and spread the word!

Mike was our service man today and quickly detected the likely cause of the problem we were having with our humidifier. He arrived on time and was very friendly. We have had Schibi service our A/C and furnace for many years and have never been disappointed with their products or service.

Mike S. came and did a yearly check up on my furnace for this winter. He did a great job explaining the Service Invoice to me. He was very nice and didn't leave any mess behind. I highly recommend Schibi Heating and Cooling!

I had a new central AC unit installed in March. Today Mike S. came to do the “start-up” since the weather was now warm enough. He was a friendly and efficient technician. Mike checked my filter, checked the temperature drop and added coolant to the system. I liked that he explained what he was doing. The unit cools great! Thanks Mike.

My A/C quit working 2 weeks after having another company come out and do a semi-annual checkup. Schibi came out the next morning and found the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They were very friendly and professional. It’s clear to me that they sincerely care about the customer experience. I would definitely recommend them! Excellent service!

I have dealt with Schibi for many years. They have always sent courteous Service Techs and today's visit with Mathew and Lamont fell into this same category. These young men were prompt on arrival; covered work boots upon entry and made their visit to my home a pleasant one. Light conversation and they still got the job done in a timely manner.
