Heat in my daughter's house went out and I was beside myself trying to fix. My wife called United and someone was there at the house in less than 30 minutes. Problem diagnosed and repair made in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service as well. We have United on our short list and you should , too.

So honest and fair! The technicians quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and saved us over 20k for a new system which is what we were told by another company! They are awesome!

Very trash company. Don’t waste your money with them go to a different company. I’ve had an issue with getting my AC going for 3 weeks and this company is the reason why I’m in the heat and no air at 8 months pregnant in the middle of July.
